The apartment is quiet, comfortable, bright and very airy and ventilated. It is about 65 sqm, recently renovated. It can accommodate up to 5 people.

Wonderful beach access in the heart of Pescara

The apartment was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. The air conditioning, in particular, was much appreciated with the heat. The extra beach supplies came in handy as well. Nadine greeted is warmly and gave excellent suggestions for dinner and recreation.

Fin beliggenhed i forhold til strand og centrum af Pescara. Lejligheden er hyggelig, men især køkken og badeværelse trænger meget til at blive renoveret.

Det er dog tilrådeligt at se billederne af lejligheden ved reservation, da de trofast afspejler virkeligheden. Desuden anbefales det i henhold til husordenen at slukke lyset og klimaanlægget, når du forlader lejligheden, både af miljøvenlige årsager og for at spare energi.

Tutto benissimo, vicinanza al mare,negozi, ristorante, trasporti. Difficoltà di parcheggio. Unica cosa da dire sull'appartamento è che le scale x salire al 2° piano sono un po difficile da fare. La signora gentilissima, disponibilissima. La casa è pulita,ha tutto quello che occorre per viverla.

Eravamo un gruppo di 4 persone che abbiamo pernottato per un solo giorno nell'appartamento dell'host da Zio Giovanni. Risulta essere in una posizione strategica, a pochi metri dalla spiaggia e dai migliori locali della zona. Ottima pulizia del locale, la signora che ci ha accolto è stata gentile e premurosa nel spiegarci con attenzione tutte le esperienze che si possono vivere nella città.

A great location

The apartment was quite large and lovely (although we did forget that in Italy 2nd floor means third floor in North American terms so a bit of a hike up for those of us past 65). Unfortunately WE had come down with a flu bug and so weren't able to enjoy the proximity to the beach and the Pescara nightlife. Nadia was extremely quick with answers to any questions that we had. Parking is a bit of a challeng but Nadia was very helpful in that regard too.

Appartamento spaziosissimo e pulitissimo, arredo che ti fa sentire "a casa"; letteralmente "a due passi dal mare"; lo consiglio senza dubbio alcuno anche per soggiorni lunghi; la signora Nadia è gentilissima e disponibilissima. Ottima permanenza :-)
