Very beautiful wooden Creole Villa, on 900 m² of land, with a private swimming pool. It has: two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds 180 x 200, a sofa bed in the living room, an equipped American kitchen, a bathroom with Italian shower, an independent WC all on the ground floor and a mezzanine with possibility of sleeping. A garden shed. A terrace all around the house allows a pleasant outdoor life. The most beautiful white sand beaches are nearby. All water sports will be allowed, hikes are also possible. And this is only the starting point for visits to the island, with its volcano: the Pelée, its symbolic rock: the Diamond as well as the houses of our illustrious writers: Aimé CESAIRE and Edouard Glissant. The villa is located in Cap Férré, just after Cap Chevalier. . Located high up, it enjoys a view of the Marin marina and Cap Marin. It benefits from very good ventilation.

a quiet and relaxed holiday!

We (2 adults & 1 small child) stayed in this holiday house for CA. 1,5 week and we really liked it! The house is equipped well and has a nice private pool. The area is very quiet, but to reach out; a car is needed to go to the beach, villages, supermarket or restaurant (all within 5 to 15 minutes max. by car). C'était presque bien...

Les plus: Propriété très bien située, joli terrain, espace agréable. A proximité du domaine du Grand Macabou, et de Saint-Anne. Les moins: 1/ Internet La box orange promise sur l'annonce dans "Equipements et aussi sur les photos, n'existe pas). A la place, il y a une box 4G, qui parfois ne marche pas ou bien le débit est insuffisant pour regarder des infos en streaming ou des films. Si nous avions su, nous n'aurions jamais louer cette villa: La Box Internet est un critère indispensable pour nous. En conséquence, nous avons eu l'impression d'avoir été trompé par l'annonce. Nous avons contacté la propriétaire à ce sujet, qui a modifié son annonce en supprimant la box Orange dans la rubrique"Équipements"; elle a mentionné seulement "Internet". Par contre, elle a rajouté d'autres photos où l'on voit la box Orange toujours clairement apparente dans le living. A ce sujet ,l'annonce est donc toujours mensongère. 2/ Le four n'a pas été nettoyé, et l’intérieur est rouillé. Nous ne l'avons donc pas utilisé de tout le séjour par soucis d'hygiène. Toutefois, nous l'avons nettoyé par soucis pour les nouveaux arrivants. Une des serviettes de bain était très abimée et aurait du être remplacée.

On a apprécié l’accueil de Maguy qui avait prévu notre repas du soir car nous sommes arrivés tard. La possibilité de manger devant ou derrière selon le temps. La maison typique est très jolie et très agréable à vivre. Les terrasses sont couvertes et le jardin est grand. Le portail est électrique. Les voitures se garent dans le jardin.
