Completely renovated in July 2017, it has all the comforts for a fabulous vacation at 50 m. from the beach of San Agustín. The apartment has two very bright and airy double bedrooms, one with a double bed and 37 'TV and one with three single beds, air conditioning and a large closet, living room with 48' LED TV, DVD and satellite channel, sofa with chaisse long , with direct access to a porch with sofa and table with four chairs, as well as a magnificent private garden of 50 m2 with artificial grass, outdoor shower and solarium with 3 hammocks.
The kitchen has a hob and oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.
The bathroom has a large shower, toilet and sink.
A park cot and child seat (when requested).
Large 25 m² backyard with table, umbrella and 6 chairs + barbecue.
Wifi ADSL throughout the property.

Tolle Lage!

Rosa hat uns mit ihrer freundlichen Art begrüßt, hat uns mit Mineralwasser,Obst und Snacks empfangen. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super und wir haben den Garten, leider ohne Bäume wie auf den Bildern gut genutzt. Die Parkplatzsitu ist ok, man findet immer wieder einen platz. Es sind mehrere Supermärkte sowie Restaurants in laufnähe.Wir würden sehr gern wieder zurück:) Das Grosse Bett und die Couch sind etwas durchgelegen aber ganz ehrlich wir waren nur unterwegs und uns hat es gar nichts ausgemacht,wenn wir etwas gesagt hätten wäre Rosa sofort in Aktion getreten was nicht nötig wat denn wir haben uns nicht im Komfort gestört gefühlt. Wir hätten uns gern persönlich von Rosa verabschiedet,sollten den schlüssel reinlegen und zuziehen. Im nachhinein ist uns aufgefallen das wir die Waschmaschine offen gelassen haben weil die Handtücher klamm waren. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub

Zonvakantie in November

Hartelijk ontvangen door Rosa en haar man. Ondanks vertraging van ons vliegtuig hebben ze op ons gewacht voor sleuteloverdracht en rondleiding door het huis. Helaas na 2dgn geen wifi meer. Dit is gelijk opgepakt en redelijk vlot opgelost. Locatie is een prima uivalsbasis voor wandelingen en strand..

Schönes Appartement in ruhiger Umgebung

Einrichtung und Ausstattung des App. sind gut! Supermärkte und Restaurants sowie der Strand sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar! Unseren Mietwagen konnten wir direkt an der Straße abstellen, es gab immer einen freien Platz!

Présentation trompeuse

Accueil sympa et bel appartement bien propre. Emplacement près de la plage et près d'un beau parc, d'un excellent restaurant (Loopy's) et petit supermercado de dépannage. Belle terrasse couverte donnant sur jardinet avec chaises longues et parasols, terrasse arrière et 2 chambres dont une avec climatisation. Maintenant, photo d'ensemble arborée trompeuse. Il faut changer cela car on a l'impression que le terrain est beaucoup plus grand car sans panneau entre 2 appartements et plus un seul arbre. Ensuite, pas d'éclairage de la terrasse arrière et télévision dans chambre principale en panne et jamais remplacée pendant les 2 mois alors que mon épouse en avait besoin pour regarder ses programmes (personne à mobilité réduite et utilisation de MON Netflix). J'estime que lorsqu'on paie 2000 euros par mois, on peut respecter tout ce qui est indiqué sur le programme proposé !!!!!! . Il en est de même pour les matelas et draps de lits (couleur jaune d'urine et surmatelas de 5 cm dans grande chambre) . Sans oublier les travaux bruyants derrière l'appartement et surtout une cheminée non règlementaire donnant sur terrasse arrière et fonctionnant la journée et le soir jusqu'à 1h du matin (extracteur de la boîte de nuit La Scala qui a fait ouverture officielle le 19 juin 24 mais avec essais plusieurs jours avant. Je tiens photos à votre disposition; Il est malheureux d'avoir tous ces soucis et non respect des choses, surtout avec un si bel appartement; Ikéa n'est pas si cher;

Muy agradable y acogedor

Es un apartamento muy acogedor y agradable, a 2 minutos de la playa, de supermercados, restaurantes… Tiene un bonito jardín y un patio trasero que hacen todavía la estancia más agradable y cómoda. Y la anfitriona, Rosa, es un cielo, tuvimos un pequeño problema y enseguida lo solucionó. Totalmente recomendable. Volveremos!!

War ein schöner Urlaub

Die Unterkunft ist schön groß und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten zur Begrüßung auch Wasser bekommen was sehr praktisches war. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeber Familie war super, sie sind wirklich nett. Die beiden Terrassen sind perfekt! So hat man je nach Bedarf den ganzen Tag die Wahl ob man in der Sonne oder im Schatten sein möchte. Es ist windgeschützt und schon morgens zum frühstücken wunderbar warm. Die Lage ist gut für viele Ausflüge und der Strand ist verhältnismäßig sehr leer. Gute Restaurants sind in der Nähe.

Living

In der Wohnung und dem Garten hält man sich sehr gern auf. Strand, Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch Geschäfte sind nicht weit entfernt.

Omschrijving van de flat correct weergegeven en eigenaar was altijd bereikbaar en heel flexibel waar mogelijk ivm check~ in en ~out !

Sehr nettes Apartment, guter Strand in der Nähe!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, zum Strand kann man laufen, Parkmöglichkeiten sind da und das Apartment hat vorne und hinten eine Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten, vom Sofa bis zum Liegestuhl. Es gibt eine Kiste mit allerlei Strandsachen (Sonnenschirme, Bodyboards). Kritikpunkt ist höchstens die Ausstattung in der Küche - neue Pfannen wären mal nötig (zerkratzte und abgenutzte Beschichtung), ebenso neue Messer und Schäler. Und der Grill ist ein 10€-Blechteil. Sonst ist alles super! Danke!

Es la tercera vez que nos quedamos en este maravilloso alojamiento, y cada año nos vamos más contentos. La situación es perfecta y las instalaciones es aun más. Tiene todo tipo de facilidades comodidades y esta muy bien equipado. Nunca nos falta nada. Siempre nos vamos con ganas de volver ya que nos sentimos como en casa.

Vacation like home

My friend and I were staying in the apartment for always two weeks. I must say we felt immediately at home. The apartment has everything you need for feeling comfortable. I worked most of time and Internet connection was perfectly stable. The only minus was building works nearby so that I couldn’t work outside most of time. But this is something the landlord cannot influence. With two terraces outside there is enough space outside and you can get the sun any time a day. And the beach is just a few minutes walk away! I might come here for working again and highly recommend the apartment also for vacation.

A great workation

We went there as two couples and to work from this beautiful apartment and it worked great. Even when the internet wasn’t working properly, Rosa reached out to the company and got it fixed so we ended up with 300mbit which was def enough for 4 people working and mostly in video calls! Highly recommend 😊 we’ll be back!

Schönes Objekt in sehr guter Lage

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt; Räume sehr angenehm; die Ausstattung war komplett, wir haben nichts vermisst. Nach der Lage habe ich das Objekt ausgewählt und es passte alles: wenige Gehminuten zum Badestrand und zur Bushaltestelle (für gesamten Süden, Anschluss in die Berge); ein kleiner SPAR an der Ecke; großer Markt und Restaurants ca. 10 min.;

Vacaciones en San Agustín

El apartamento está muy bien situado, amplio y con dos terrazas que se disfrutan mucho para comer o cenar. Está muy completo, tiene todo lo que se pueda necesitar, incluso para bebés. La propietaria es muy amable y atenta.
