Located in peaceful and green environnement district of the lovely village of Saint-Marie la Mer-plage, within 2 minutes walk to the large sandy beach, the villa offers 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate wc, 1 kitchen very well equipped with 1 pantry, 1 lounge/dining room bright, 1 solarium. A sensation of space is obtained by large windows that opens to the Terrace. The enclosed garden, with it's lawn is a great place to relax, under the large palm tree. It's shady and sunny all day. In an intimate atmosphere, the pool is shared.
Benefiting from a complete quality equipment; DVD player, Blue-Ray, USB, TV flat screen, WIFI internet access, baby cots, hight chairs, garden furniture, barbecue, plancha, solar shower, beds are made on arrival and towels are at your arrangement, all in a cosy decoration. STRENGTHS OF THE VILLA

Une maison très très agréable à vivre pour toute la famille et toute proche de la plage.

L’accueil chaleureux de Françoise , la maison toute proche de la plage, le jardin Très joli et spacieux, et tout ce dont on a besoin dans cette maison. Tous les ingrédients réunis pour un super séjour en famille. Je revommande sans hésitation.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécier cette semaine de vacances à Sainte-Marie-la-Mer La maison correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes... la propriétaire est charmante et l'accueil était parfait ... Rien ne manquait dans la maison pour passer un agréable séjour... La mer est à deux pas, la piscine à coté... Nous sommes exigeants mais là, nous avons été surpris en bien... Bref à recommander...
