sur les hauteurs de FITOU

Tres belle maison contemporaine de construction recente. Cuisine tres bien equipée. Chambres spacieuses et confortables. Exterieur tres agréable même si nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine (location en Janvier). Voiture obligatoire car la mer est assez loin.

Sejour familial

On a passé un très bon séjour dans la villa. La vue est très belle, c’est un coin calme. C’est spacieux et bien équipé. Seul petit bémol l’entretien de la piscine, nous avons eu accès à une epuisette uniquement le dernier jour de notre séjour.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l’extérieur avec la piscine et la piste de pétanque sont top. La maison est un peu déséquilibrée. La chambre en bas avec la salle de bain est magnifique, à l’étage 2 chambres sont bien mais 2 sont en dessous et les salles de bain ne sont pas à la hauteur d’une maison affichée luxe. Le mobilier, les chaises en particulier ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce standing et la propreté n’était pas irréprochable. Le four encastré ne fonctionne pas mais un four d’appoint est posé sur le plan de travail avec un grill pain qui ne fonctionne pas non plus. La barbecue tombe en ruine, il tient par des serres câbles et la rouille le perce gravement à plusieurs endroits, il est limite dangereux. La maison est agréable, vraiment, mais manque un peu d’entretien.

The villa and location are perfect, car advisable. View is fantastic. Very comfortable with many facilities. We have absolutely no negative comments. Even when we had an issue with the car which made leaving at the end of our stay difficult, owner was extremely accommodating. Thankyou.

Geweldig huis, jammer dat het zwembad water niet helder was. We moesten dit zelf constateren, maar daarna is er wel meteen actie ondernomen.

Superbe villa avec une vue imprenable

Villa bien placée à Fitou avec une vue dégagée sur l'étang de Leucate et la mer derrière. Leucate se trouve à environ 10/15min en voiture. La piscine et le terrain de pétanque nous ont fait passer de bon moments en famille.

Conforme aux attentes

Maison trés agréable à vivre en famille.Deco bien gérée mais sonorisation laisse à désirer avec des portes trop légéres qui ne ferment pas bien et que le vent se régale à ouvrir.Les couverts ne corespondent pas au niveau de la prestation. En conclusion : - séjour agréable dans endroit idilique .

Très belle maison

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, c’est une très belle maison et confortable. Le propriétaire est très réactif aux messages. La région et les gens sont très accueillants seul bémol le vent est quasi omniprésent. Mais nous reviendrons tout de même bien volontiers.

Semaine parfaite

Nous avons séjourné à 8 amis et 2 enfants pendant une semaine dans la maison, qui est très confortable, agréable et parfaitement équipée. Ce fut un plaisir et nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Une maison très bien équipée avec une vue magnifique.

Pour rester tranquille, à piscine, avec un vue magnifique et a 5 minutes à pied du centre de la ville de Fitou, avec des grandes caves, et 10 minutes de la plage, huîtres, restaurants...

Séjour à Fitou

Nous avons passés un super séjour, la villa correspond parfaitement aux photos, le point de vue est exceptionnel. Enfin le propriétaire est hyper accessible pour tous les renseignements demandés. Je conseille fortement !!
