Dispone de un dormitorio con cama doble, un sofá cama en el salón, un baño completo y una cocina totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para su estancia. El salón, amplio y acogedor, está decorado con mimo y preparado para ofrecer una experiencia cómoda y relajante.

El apartamento cuenta con mobiliario de alta calidad y una ubicación privilegiada, ideal para descubrir Granada a pie, disfrutar de su gastronomía y visitar los principales monumentos de la ciudad.

La reserva de cada alojamiento de Genteel Home conlleva el ofrecimiento de experiencias o actividades extras para mejorar su estancia, las cuales son gestionadas por proveedores externos, que las pondrán en su conocimiento a través de e-mail o Whats App, pudiendo usted contratarlas o rechazarlas. Unbeatable location and view

The apartment is completely updated and very clean. Its location on a quiet street off the busy Plaza Nuevo was perfect. You can walk the old streets of Granada easily from this location. The view is unbeatable! Highly recommend.

Great little apartment in Granada

This apartment is in an excellent position to explore Granada on foot. The view from the apartment is amazing and although it is not big the apartment is bright and has all you would need for a comfortable stay.

Great location, great view

ideally situated just off the main square, with easy access to everything, including the Albaicin and the part of town where the good restaurants are, outside of the touristy areas. But still close to the touristy stuff as well. We were here for Holy Week and the processions were just outside our window. A great apartment, very nice people, and an easy check in process.

Pros - This apartment was in a great location. Close to restaurants and transportation. Cons - air conditioner is only in living room and the bedroom is very hot, even with the ceiling fan. Steep hill to get to apartment.

Easy check-in by friendly staff who manage the property. Great views of Alhambra from the apartment. Close to restaurants, bars, tourist sites. Occasional street noise. Air conditioning/ceiling fans. We did laundry but o/w minimal use of kitchen. Seemed well stocked. Basic bathroom supplies, clean linen.

Lovely Apartment in Perfect Location

First, the communication with the agency leading up to our arrival in Granada was great. Fernando met us at the apartment and showed us around, and was very helpful. The apartment is well equipped with updated decor, and most importantly a beautiful unobstructed view of La Alhambra. The location of the apartment is perfect, right on the board of the Albazyn, so it is easy to access the apartment and everything is walking distance, including La Alhambra. I highly recommend this apartment for 2 people.

Perfect location for Granada visit

Location and apartment both were perfect. Easy 1-minute walk to Plaza Nueva and surrounding areas. Communication was great. Very friendly and helpful property manager met us at the apartment, which was clean and well appointed. Though close to the plaza, the apartment was quiet and felt private. Cute little balcony so we could watch the Holy Week procession right outside our window. View of the Alhambra was as spectacular as in the photos! Highly recommend.

Great location. Beautiful view of Alhambra. Limited ability to make your own meals. 2 burner stove top. No oven. Refrigerator strangly located in dining area. You need to move furniture to open it. Quiet apartment despite being very near a noisy plaza.

The place is very nice with a beautiful view of the Alcazaba, which is part of the Alhambra, up on the hill. At night it is lit up, so amazing. Just a half-block up the street from the main square, Plaza Nueva, but quiet. Only criticism is the main company is not in Granada, but has a local person handle everything once the rental agreement is made. So check in, problems, etc. Communication with this person needs to be improved, and if you do contact the main company, they should do better than to tell you to contact the local person.

Sabbatical in España

My husband and I spent 2 months touring Spain, and this is by far one of our favorite rentals. Small space (tiny shower) but laid out well, absolutely perfect location. One block from Plaza Nueva, with great restaurants (the rumors about great tapas are true!!) and a short to walk Alhambra. We had issues with both our Uber driver and internet connection upon check-In, and our contact person was fantastic. Talked to the driver for us, brought a new router over within 30 min. Best service from a rental company we’ve ever had. They even sent a cleaner mid-way through the week at no extra charge. Could not recommend more. But only big enough for two, FYI.

Bright, modern apartment right in the center

The location couldn't be better and the view of the Alhambra is amazing. The furnishings are new and clean. The bed and sofa bed are comfortable. Highly recommend. Upon booking, I was informed immediately to contact the check-in team to make arrangements for our arrival. Since I did not know our arrival time far in advance, I put this off and then forgot. As our arrival in Granada approached, I expected to receive check-in instructions, which, of course, but to my surprise, were not sent. Unfortunately, the VRBO website was also experiencing problems for a couple of hours, so I was unable to access the old messages with the request for me to contact a different phone number. That made for a stressful few hours. Fortunately, everything worked out in the end. I do wish the Genteel Home check-in team initiated the contact though to make it easier for travelers. Otherwise, I can highly recommend. The person who met us at the apartment was very nice and helpful, resolving an issue with an unreliable internet connection quickly.

Great location, not a great place

The location is wonderful - near the Albacin and everything else, taxis, buses; etc. with an incredible view. The size is pretty large for 2 people. I'd stay in this location again, but I can't recommend this apartment or the management company. We waited almost an hour for someone to let us in. She said she was responsible for about 80 properties - she'd been running around all day. That's too much for one person, though she was very nice. The apartment was good enough - but the listed size of the bed was misleading. Elsewhere in Spain, a double bed is about the size of an American king or queen. The bed here was the equivalent of a double and the mattress wasn't great. My husband is 6'3" so this was problematic. Luckily there was a futon - but there were no sheets. I texted the property company and they told me there were. I had to request it 2-3 times before they finally brought bedding.The batteries on one of the fan/AC remotes were dead. We requested more and were told they couldn't get batteries on Sunday and would send them Monday. My husband ended up buying AAA batteries (on a Sunday), and the property company never brought batteries. There was also a strip separating the kitchen from the living room that was no longer attached to the floor with a bare nail sticking up.It's really frustrating when there are fudged listings and lack of response to very simple things from a management company.

Schöne, zentrumsnahe Wohnung mit Blick auf Alhambra

Das Apartment hielt, was es versprach - Blick wirklich auf die Altstadt und Alhambra, weil wir in der obersten Etage waren. Apartments weiter unten haben diesen Blick nicht. Lage zentral, man fällt geradewegs in Unterstadt und Albaicin. Ausstattung war ok, nur große Kaffeetassen haben wir vermisst. Stattdessen waren nur kleine Glastassen (eher für Tee) vorhanden. Vorherige Anfragen, wo man parken kann, blieben leider unbeantwortet. Wir haben uns ein Parkhaus in der Nähe gesucht. Zum Glück gab es genau für dieses Parkhaus von der netten(!) Verwalterin einen Parkschein für 20 € pro Tag, sonst wäre es noch teurer geworden. Für Auto-Anreisende gibt es quasi auch keine Alternative in der Innenstadt. Ansonsten waren wir super zufrieden!
