It has a private pool ideal for relaxing and enjoying with family or friends. Rastell beach is just 1 km away, and the center of Roses is 2.5 km away, ensuring an excellent combination of comfort and proximity.

COMMUNICATION BY WS: It is essential to have ws, as it is our main means of contact. Through this application we will send you the link to complete the online check-in.



ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It consists of: Filling in the details of all the occupants, paying the remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.) and signing the digital contract.



By checking in online, you authorize our agency to charge the amount as a deposit by credit card in the event of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will always be made on the invoice for the damages caused.



ADDITIONAL COSTS: Tourist tax: €1.93 per person per night. Animals: €25 per animal for the entire stay.

Nice house with a beautiful pool

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was clean and the furnishment relatively new. The terrace and especially the pool were great, you could actually swim in it. The location is good, supermarkets and restaurants are closeby but it´s quite long to walk to the beach. And I must also criticize some other points: There is only air conditioning in one room, in the biggest one. The ad doesn´t mention that. As it was extremely hot it was very hard to sleep in the other three bedrooms. Two were really small and there weren´t any fans either! The kitchen equipment could also be better: No towels, no normal coffee machine, no breadboards etc. There was also no real clothes horse to dry the clothes and 4 clothesspins. The communication with the agency is difficult, they don´t answer when you write them in advance and you never see or speak to a real person-not even on the phone. They write you impersonal messages via Whats App.

Alles sauber. Korrekt. Tor- und Türbedienung über Internet vorher nicht, zumindest deutlich hervorgehoben, mitgeteilt. Alles über whatsapp. Wer kein Smartphone hat, nicht buchbar! Offensichtlich wird das Haus nicht privat benutzt. Alles clean. Agentur verwaltet, aber überprüft wohl nichts. Keinerlei Sachen darin. Keine Gewürze, Geschirrtücher, Tabs dafür. Aus dem Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler lief Wasser aus. Tassimo verkalkt. Nicht zu benutzen. Neue Kaffeemaschine beim Chinamann gekauft. Ein Brausekopf oben fiel aus der Halterung. Badboden wurde überschwemmt. Lampe Bad oben defekt.
Ringsum höhere Bebauung.
Brausekopf fiel immer aus der Halterung. Dadurch Spritzwasser, was sich im Bad verteilte. Eine Lampe defekt.
