VILLA PAULA:
Villa Paula is in Es Llombards. It is a two-story air-conditioned village house of 180m2. There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and it is very close to the beautiful beaches of this part of Mallorca. Accommodates a maximum of 6 people.

Villa Paula is a totally-renovated air-conditioned village house that preserves the charm and character of a traditional Mallorca home. It is a simple and practical house. A perfect place to spend summer days. Its proximity to beautiful beaches in the area (Cala Llombards, S’Almonia, Cala Mondragó or Es Trenc) and nearby villages, with restaurants and open markets, makes it an excellent destination: an ideal point from which to explore the south of the island. And it’s the perfect place for those who like to get home for a rest. At the back of the house you will be able to spend long evenings on the patio, a comfortable area very typical of Mallorca houses and a fine place to have dinner, prepare a barbecue or lie in the shade of the great vine which frames the stone façade.

On Mallorca, the word “lujo” - luxury - has many connotations: when natural light and the sky filter through the upstairs windows, this is a “lujo”. Or to get up in the morning and see the views from the upper terrace is another. Here you will understand that sometimes luxury is nothing more than that which Villa Paula has to offer.

Beautiful villa in a very nice location. The house felt freshly renovated; the kitchen, showers, pillows, matrasses, everything was new. Very clean. Very comfortable. The house is very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone. Two spacious terraces for kids to run around. We particularly loved the location: the Es Llombardes village is not very touristic or crowdy, and yet it does not feel abandoned. It has a nice vibe. Short drive to grocery shops in Santanyi, and a few lovely beaches within the short drive either. The car can be parked only on the street but it does not seem to be a problem; everyone is parking on the streets. Check-in and check-out were flawless. Highly recommend it to people who want to stay away from the crowds, and feel the true vibe of the Mallorcan countryside.

We had a fantastic stay, it's a very spacious airbnb with good outside space and bbq. Located in a small town which has a good bakery, cafe and restaurant, it is just a short drive from great beaches. Communication and check in was very easy and we would happily stay there again.

We had a very warm welcome by Paola who showed us the entire property and gave us plenty of insights of upcoming events and where to go. This house is a quiet little town and away from all mass tourism but close enough to restaurants, grocery stores and a bakery only 5 min away by foot. You come in contact with locals pretty quick and everyone is just very friendly and nice.We definitely will be back with some friends!

The perfect escape!! The house was so much bigger than we expected, clean, beautifully decorated. The garden is the perfect sun trap. The terrace gives beautiful views of the stars at night after a bbq in the garden. The village has a lovely bakery and restaurants with amazing seafood dishes. A short drive away from the Cala Lombard’s and the town of Santanyi. Cati and Paola have thought of everything you may need for a short break- washing machine, outdoor shower, beach sport games and cold beers! We will most definitely be returning as soon as possible!

Maison très typique

Nous avons passe de super vacances. La maison correspond parfaitement au photo, grande propre et bien équipée. Il n’y a rien à faire dans le village de Llombards mais Santanyí est très sympa. Dommage, il faut prendre la voiture à chaque fois. Je recommande cette maison!
