In the centre of town with everything at your finger tips bars,restaurants,shopping and Burriana beach is only 10 minutes away.This new very spacious luxury townhouse is of a very high standard and equipped with the most modern technology that has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms,2 living areas with an open plan kitchen and a very large roof top fitted with a six seater jacuzzi,bbq with outdoor kitchen area equipped for up to 8 guests.
3 of the bedrooms are large doubles On the second floor and an additional pull out sofa bed can be made up for an extra 2 kids on the ground floor in 1 of living areas.
There is air conditioning throughout the entire house and in the winter months there is hot air and a stove log fire.
There is 2 satellite T.Vs in each leaving area English and European channels and Netflix available,Free WiFi throughout the entire house.

House was stunning, beds very comfortable and the hot tub is great. Very central for centre of Nerja but just far enough away to be peaceful. You can find free off street parking but we found the very large open car park much easier at 45 per week.Liz was very helpful and had a fast response to any questions we had. We would highly recommend Liz’s house, we had a great 2 weeks over Xmas and new year.

Luxurious home stay in the centre of it all

Perfect location in the centre of the old town, 10min walk to everything. The home was spacious and beautifully designed, as an extended family staying together for 2 weeks we had ample space to connect and separate all under one roof. Everything was supplied and nothing was spared from a quality perspective. We would highly recommend

The house is even better than the pictures make it look. It’s in a great location with everything you need. Julieta who meets you is lovely and is very responsive if needed. Highly recommended, we will be back.

elegant house in downtown Nerja

we stayed in the property for 10days. The house is better than in the photos and they’re amazing! Walked everywhere enjoyed the roof top terrace and ground floor patio area. Highly recommend this property.

Wow! What an amazing house in an amazing spot in an amazing resort. We were blown away by the house, everything had been thought of to make you relax and enjoy your time. Liz was extremely helpful with tips on transfers and also accommodating us with an earlier check in.Julieta who met us at the house with the keys and showed us around was also very helpful and replied quickly to any contact we had with her. Thank you Liz for sharing your beautiful home in Nerja!The house was perfect for our family, 3 great bedrooms, 3 shower rooms, great living space and kitchen topped off by the fantastic rooftop terrace. Plenty of lounging, sitting and eating space - perfect for morning coffee and evening catch ups on the day.The location is also perfect - one street back from the start of the bars and restaurants and lovely streets that make Nerja a special place. The house is on a really quiet street, short strolls to the Balcon, and beach areas. Liz and Julieta made check in and check out so easy for us which is really appreciated. Thank you again for sharing your home and for a wonderful break. We hope to be able to visit again.

The house doesn’t let you down, everything and more as described. Great location minutes from the bars, restaurants and beaches. Property very clean and well maintained, Julieta the house manger gave us a warm welcome and was on hand if we had any issues. There where 6 adults in our party and the house is a good size you never felt cramped. Would stay again in the future.

A Fantastic House

What a beautiful house! We’ve been to Nerja many times but never stayed in the centre of town. This house is in a great location and has absolutely everything you need for a wonderful stay. Beautiful modern town house in old town Nerja

Central modern town house with fantastic roof terrace including a hot tub and outdoor kitchen. Everything is well thought out and includes extras like beach towels, coffee pods etc. Parking is not an issue as it is a short walk to car park.

Exceeded expectations

Liz’s property is simply wonderful. Certainly a case where the pictures don’t do it justice. It was our first trip to Nerja so we were a bit u certain of the property location etc. well suffice it to say everything exceeded our expectations. Liz is a wonderful host who is attentive and great through out our visit and Juliette was a pleasure to deal with on check in. The bar has been set very high should we look to come back to Nerja.
