街の中心にあり、すべての場所に指先バー、レストラン、ショッピング、ブリアナビーチがあり、わずか10分です。この新しい非常に広々とした豪華なタウンハウスは非常に高い水準で、3つのベッドルーム、3つのバスルーム、オープンプランのキッチンと6人乗りのジャグジー、バーベキューを備えた非常に大きな屋根の上に2つのリビングエリアがあります最大8名まで収容可能な屋外キッチンエリア。
3室のベッドルームは2階にあり、1階のリビングエリアの1階にある2人の子供用に、追加の引き出し式ソファベッドを追加できます。
家全体にエアコンがあり、冬の間は温風とストーブの暖炉があります。

This property is fantastic. Completely accurate in terms of the description and offers everything that you need for an amazing stay. Every last detail has been thought about down to the welcome bottle of rose wine. I would not hesitate to recommend this to everyone and we, as a group of 4 will definitely visit again.

Excellent unit and location for six adults and a 6-month-old. Plenty of space with a great layout. Very clean. Near the action but not in it. We LOVED the rooftop terrace and had several great family dinners there. Local property manager was extremely responsive and proactive.

House was stunning, beds very comfortable and the hot tub is great. Very central for centre of Nerja but just far enough away to be peaceful. You can find free off street parking but we found the very large open car park much easier at 45 per week.Liz was very helpful and had a fast response to any questions we had. We would highly recommend Liz’s house, we had a great 2 weeks over Xmas and new year.

Beautiful House in Centre of Nerja

We had an amazing stay at this fabulous house. Roof terrace was wonderful. House was immaculate and very modern. Close to town with many shops, bars and restaurants. We love Nerja so will be visiting here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay ❤️.

elegant house in downtown Nerja

we stayed in the property for 10days. The house is better than in the photos and they’re amazing! Walked everywhere enjoyed the roof top terrace and ground floor patio area. Highly recommend this property.

Luxurious home stay in the centre of it all

Perfect location in the centre of the old town, 10min walk to everything. The home was spacious and beautifully designed, as an extended family staying together for 2 weeks we had ample space to connect and separate all under one roof. Just returned today from Nerja, stayed in this beautiful house for the second time, with my husband and two brothers and their wives. It is so well appointed with everything you could want in a holiday house, and the location is excellent close to all the bars & restaurants and the Balcon de Europa.

The house doesn’t let you down, everything and more as described. Great location minutes from the bars, restaurants and beaches. Property very clean and well maintained, Julieta the house manger gave us a warm welcome and was on hand if we had any issues. There where 6 adults in our party and the house is a good size you never felt cramped. Would stay again in the future.

A Fantastic House

What a beautiful house! We’ve been to Nerja many times but never stayed in the centre of town. This house is in a great location and has absolutely everything you need for a wonderful stay. Thank you to Julieta for the easy check-in process. I would definitely recommend the house for a trip away with friends.

Beautiful modern town house in old town Nerja

Central modern town house with fantastic roof terrace including a hot tub and outdoor kitchen. Everything is well thought out and includes extras like beach towels, coffee pods etc. Parking is not an issue as it is a short walk to car park.

Luxury week in nerja

Stylish property, with all of the amenities that you would expect from such a classy house. Everything is up to date and perfectly well maintained. I cannot recommend this house highly enough, you won’t regret it.
