Beautiful 2BR, 2BA Condo in Historic Downtown Home Sleeps 4

This condo nestled in the historic district is a 1 block walk to downtown and all the fun Red Lodge has to offer.

The condo is separate and private apartment within this historic triplex house built around 1899. It was recently renovated with great care. You will find both today’s amenities and last century’s charm. Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms, one bedroom has a queen bed and the other 2 comfy twin beds. Both bedrooms are upstairs. Long term rental possible during some months. Best cleaning practices are used here.

Amenities include a full kitchen, living room, gracious dining room with seating for 6, washer, dryer, wifi, flat screen TV, large front porch & back deck & propane grill. Enjoy relaxing or cooking on the deck or take it easy watching the sunset on the generous front porch. Great for couples, groups up to 4 or small families. The backyard is fenced only on 3 sides so it feels private & secluded and still allows for deer & other animals to wander through. Please note that it's definitely not escape proof for dogs.

Great location

Walking distance to downtown makes this charming condo perfect for a stress-free getaway. Kathleen has made sure that all the necessities are provided in this little slice of home away from home. Short drives to nearby national forest hiking trails make this an ideal basecamp.

I moved to Red Lodge for a summer job....that was over 30 years ago! I have worked and played here ever since. And why not? Come & enjoy the mountains and this wonderful, western town with its year-round fun!

Why they chose this property

This building was built in 1899 as a boarding house for local coal miners. In 1926 the building was changed from a boarding house into separate apartments. Over the years, the old world charm has been maintained as improvements by have been made.

What makes this property unique
