The location is very convenient to multiple forms of public transportation into and beyond Lugano is a plus. We opted for this and it saved time, frustration of trying to find parking, and the related expense.- Apartment is walking distance to the Paridiso area, a nice waterfront. It's also possible to walk to Lugano.- Clean, very basic, good if all you care about is a place to sleep, not spend significant time at. Property was bare bones. No decorations. - Parking garage (and hallways in the building) are dark and scary, and the parking spot for the apartment was difficult to find as paint is faded. The parking space would be easier to find with the corresponding letter painted on the wall, not the number that is faded and barely visible on the floor of the parking space in the garage.

Lovely in Lugano

Great, timely and very clear communication with the host. Place was immaculate and larger than I expected. Sits perched on a hill with lots of big windows to get great airflow through the unit. The portable AC unit works great but needed more instructions on how to vent the hot air. But nights we nice and cool anyway so we didn't even use it. Highly recommend this property! Two queen beds in their own rooms and two twins in a third room.

The apartment was not very clean. Lots of dirty walls in the apartment. We emailed several times regarding the Nespresso coffe maker. We had to make instant coffee instead. We never found it and communication with Naomi was poor. I emailed her regarding a lack of coffee maker and more specific directions regarding the trash and she never replied back prior to our 4 days there. We left without a reply. The apartment was very basic. We had plenty of room in the apartment. Some of the glasses were not clean ( red wine) in the glasses. The floors in the bathroom had dirty shoe marks. There were extra pillows but no extra pillow cases. When all the the faucets were turned on brown water came out for a while.

Joli appartement mais...

Un appartement "bien" rénové et agencé. Faut pas trop regarder les finitions; portes qui coincent, douche et baignoire décapées, ils manque des bouts de peinture. Mais ça c'est rien, le pire c'est l'isolation phonique horrible, les voisins on les entend bien! Même qu'on croirait qu'ils sont dans votre salon! Ascenseur bruyant et porte d'entrée comme le reste trop légère pour ettoufer du bruit. Pas super reposant. Un peu cher pour ce bien même si dans l'ensemble l'appartement est confortable.

Mkt fin bostad med allt man behövde! Jag visste inte vilken våning eller vilket nummer det var på lägenheten. Jag har inte heller sett att det stod nånstans att nyckelgömman låg i ett av postfacken . Det var lite förvirrande uppgifter om transfer till /från flygplatsen. Vi åkte taxi då det inte går tåg ända fram. Såg att det fanns transferbussar, när vi åkte hem. Alla affärer var stängda på söndag så vi kunde inte köpa frukost förrän måndag morgon.
