Appartement en première ligne de plage Levante, Benidorm, avec accès direct à la plage depuis le bâtiment. Il dispose de 2 chambres (1+1) et peut accueillir 5 personnes.

Logement de 70 m² très lumineux, avec une grande terrasse vitrée et des vues panoramiques sur la mer, la baie et la ville.



Dispose d'un ascenseur, accès à Internet haut débit par fibre (wifi), climatisation, chauffage par pompe à chaleur, piscine communautaire ouverte de saison (01/06-30/09), parking couvert dans le même immeuble communautaire, 1 ventilateur de plafond, 1 téléviseur, fer à repasser.

La cuisine indépendante à vitrocéramique est équipée de réfrigérateur, lave-linge, micro-ondes, four, congélateur, vaisselle/couverts, ustensiles/cuisine, cafetière, grille-pain, bouilloire et presse-agrumes.



- La remise des clés et le check-in se font dans notre bureau situé avenue de la Méditerranée 62, nom commercial BenidormBooking, juste en face du Casino.

This was our second stay

The views and the space nice and close to everything and free parking and Wi-Fi. The rule about not leaving anything in the apartment is tricky on one hand I can see why, but we would have liked to leave a tipa bottle of wine for the cleaning team, but were worried by the threat of loosing someall of the security deposit. Maybe reword it so next time we can leave something? Just a thought.

Perfect location.

Perfect location really enjoyed our stay. Few points to address cockroach's in bathroom and kitchen and there's building work on going at the moment so got woke up on several mornings but overall we did enjoy our stay.

The location,cleanliness and general standard of the appartment surpassed all our expectations.

Perfect location right on the beach,clean spacious and excellently equipped appartment,quiet enough to sleep soundly at night..absolutely brilliant! Loved everything about it,the only thing to note is the office is a 10-15 minute walk to pick up the keys..very helpful staff though!

Fantastic week perfect location

Central location directly opposite levante beach with secluded pool area to the back of the property. Located on the 1st floor with lift and stair access. Large bedroom with two single beds and one much smaller room with single bed. Sofa bed is a large double and they do leave linen for it. Bathroom slightly outdated and smelt damp. No seasoning/oil/ toilet roll/washing up liquid when we arrived so you end up wasting money on things you won’t be anywhere near finishing

Nice Apartment

Great balcony, Comfortable sofas, chairs and lovely sea views. Good sized kitchen and living area. 1 bedroom good size...2nd bedroom was smaller. Sofa bed only for 1 adult. Caretaker kept reception area, lifts and outdoor area spotless. Would return to this apartment. Single bed headboards and a few wall repairs.

Brilliant, lovely place and views would defiantly stay again.

Free parking, right on the sea front and Benidorm's prom. The place was well appointed and everything looked fresh. Nice sun room facing the sea very spacious place just the 2 of us. Sofa looked new and slept well as bed were comfy. We were able to walk to where we wanted. Bit chilly at night and no heating in the lounge. Plug in the wash hand basin didn't hold water and so difficult to get a sink full. Toilet seat was broken on our arrival. We reported this. We were there for 6 nights and no one came to fix it which was strange so we 7 days of no toilet seat

Het appartement is zeer netjes en schoon..met een prachtig uitzicht. We komen heel graag nog een keer terug. Een tip.. Het bed in de kleine slaapkamer is een èènpersoons bed. Ik zou dat veranderen in een tweepersoons zodat je er met vierpersonen kunt verblijven
