This is the ideal village house for a stay in Etretat with friends or family.

The traditional house is ideally located in a quiet street, a 5-minutes walk away from the beach, and near all amenities. It has been entirely renovated in 2021 for comfort year-round and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer, dryer, etc.

The house includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can host up to 6-8 people comfortably and a baby (baby bed provided free of charge). The large and sunny terrace in front is sheltered from the wind.

Linens and towels can be provided with a supplement. Parking can be arranged for guests that stay a minimum of 7 days.

Why they chose this property

Its right behind the beach, very conveniently located, in the center of everything. It is difficult to travel by car to Etretat and to park in Etretat so being in a location where you dont need a car to see it all is a definite plus.

What makes this property unique

The house is bigger then a fisherman house and really comfortable. It has been fully renovated, with great heat insulation which is really important during the winter.
