On the lower ground floor, you will find 1 bedroom featuring a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, served by a private shower and WC with air conditioning. This floor also includes a kitchenette equipped with an oven and 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, alongside a separate shower and WC. It is worth noting that this level was designed as personnel accommodation, is decorated to a normal standard, and does not feature a window. It benefits from a separate entrance independent from the main villa access.

The upper floor is home to 4 bedrooms, all configured as suites with integrated living areas. The main suite is a particularly impressive space of 70 m2, furnished with 1 bed measuring 200 cm by 200 cm and 1 French bed, and appointed with a full bathroom including a bath, bidet, WC, and double hand-basin, as well as a satellite flat-screen TV. This suite opens onto a private balcony. A second suite features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 190 cm, a shower, bidet, and WC, and also opens onto a balcony.
