EQUIPMENT

Inside there is a fully furnished lounge-diner, one bedroom with double bed and one bathroom. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge, it is fitted with air conditioning and the decoration is of modern style.

You are sure to spend most of your time outside, in the communal areas, which are shared with a second property.
The porch is ideal for enjoying all your meals in the summer breeze typical of the area. The shared swimming pool is of recent construction and in this outside area there is garden furniture

This prefabricated bungalow is located in the area of Fuente del Gallo, just ten minutes´ walk from the closest beach.

Holiday rentals are as much in demand in Conil year round, as well as the main holiday season, which is from May to October when the town´s population swells, and visitors enjoy the mild climate as well as the lively atmosphere on the streets.

From this location you can walk to other beaches such as Los Bateles or Fontanilla, or take a short drive to the infinite and still natural beach of El Palmar, the famous coves (Roche, Poniente, del Aceite, Puntalejo, etc.)
There is a great choice of eating places in the area, and in the evenings the streets are full of terraces and bars, or you can watch the sunset from one of the beach bars. You can visit the local monuments or other towns in the province of Cádiz. There is so much to do you are sure to need to make a return visit to fit everything in.
