Onaangename ervaring

Wat verouderd meubilair, krakende kastdeuren, diepvries en frigo die uitstonden (vieze geur). €100 extra betaald vr beddengoed&handdoeken mr slechts 2/3 bedden waren gedenk (wou nu nt met mijn vader in eenzelfde bed slapen dus dat extra bed had ook gedekt mogen zijn) en slechts 8 handdoeken voor 4 pers 10 dagen die nt vervangen werden dus weinig. Beddengoed was ook bevlekt en handdoeken roken niet echt fris. Echter geraakte we niet in het app met de gekregen code. Huisbaas kon van op afstand de deur ontgrendelen zodat we binnen konden maar eenmaal buiten konden we weer niet binnen. Ook een 2de code werkte niet en na vele pogingen, telefoontjes en berichtjes kwam er na 4 dagen een slotenmaker die bevestigde dat de codes nt werkte, niet wist hoe dat kwam en niet kon garanderen dat de nieuwe code ging blijven werken dus voorstelde de sleutel te gebruiken en het apparaat eraf te laten. Nu we weer thuis zijn probeert de eigenares de kosten van de slotenmaker op ons te verhalen met het excuus dat de batterijtjes verkeerd in het toestel staken en de slotenmaker nog eens langs is gekomen terwijl we niet aan de batterijen geweest zijn, heeft ze mss zelf per ongeluk gedaan mr wij zijn er nt aangekomen wat ik haar ook eerlijk en correct verteld heb. Via de boekingsite VRBO laat ze nu extra geld van de rekening halen wat onaanvaardbaar is. Wij hebben alles correct betaald en met zorg met alles omgesprongen. Al 6 jaar vakantie Knokke, nog nooit een slechte ervaring tot nu…

chère Madame, vous avez indiqué 2 adultes et 2 enfants, il y a un lit double et deux lits superposés, vous m'avez indiqué la veille qu'il y avait votre papa et donc nécessité d'avoir un autre couchage, je n'ai pas pu y déposer de linge de lit. Peut être est il préférable de l'indiquer lors de la réservation. l'appartement a été nettoyé quelques jours avant votre arrivée. Concernant les meubles, si vous trouvez que c'est démodé, il ne fallait pas réserver l' appartement. tout est une question de goût. Nous avons toujours été en contact pour régler ce problème de code de serrure via whastapp , le serrurier est venu rapidement, vous n'avez jamais été dehors de l'appartement, il faisait très chaud et les systèmes dysfonctionnent suivant la température, cela était indépendant de ma volonté. Je vous ai remboursé les frais. les vacanciers ont toujours remis des bonnes appréciations sur leur vacances dans l'appartement. d'ailleurs les vacanciers qui ont suivis votre départ m'ont remis une bonne note.

Wunderbar helle und elegant eingerichtetes Penthouse

Sehr schönes Objekt mit seitlichem Meerblick. Man muss sich aber bewusst sein, dass alles drumherum zugebaut ist, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, da fast alles gepflegt erschien. Die Wohnung ist sehr elegant und gehoben eingerichtet, allerdings schon etwas abgenutzt, z.B. schmutzige Polster der Hocker vom Couchtisch oder verschrammte Möbel. Aber insgesamt sehr gemütlich. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Fahrstuhl NICHT für Kinderwagen oder Rollstuhl geeignet, Treppenhaus extrem eng.

Tolle Lage

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in dieser Wohnung. Sie ist super gelegen, groß und hell, so dass man sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter gerne darin aufhalten mag. Sie ist gut ausgestattet, Bettwäsche, Geschirrhandtücher und Handtücher müssen allerdings selbst mitgebracht werden. Strand, Restaurants und Bäcker sind in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Der Supermarkt ist etwas weiter weg aber immer noch fußläufig zu erreichen.
