Went in March with some friends for a little weekend get away. House was super nice and well kept. Host even stayed up late when we notified them of traffic in case we needed them. Ample street parking available, being next to the Kroger is so nice, and the distance to downtown gave us a nice little walk before dinner and going out. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again.
One of the best stays I've had in Savannah. Location was perfect- very close to the park, very walkable for the dog and for seeing squares, beautiful streets. One block from grocery store and incredible coffee/ breakfast place. Beds were very comfortable, unit was very quiet. Kitchen was well-stocked. Didn’t use washer/dryer but nice to know it was there. Parking space was a bonus- snug spot but very doable. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Overall an excellent stay.
Property is very conveniently located to explore Savannah! Host was extremely responsive and the unit provided for everything we needed. Would stay there again!
The house was perfect for our girl's weekend in Savannah. The beds were comfortable and the towels were very plush. The host was responsive to the one question we had about the lockbox. The location is great near the park and the trolley stop. We would definitely stay there again.
Great stay - location is perfect! Everything is walkable and it was so nice to have Kroger so close by! Our dog loved it as well!! Thank you so much! We look forward to returning!
Perfect location. House was clean and comfortable. Right next to a grocery store was super convenient. Very quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Communication with the host was great and she was flexible when my flight was canceled and we had to stay longer.
Property was clean and comfortable. Easy access to restaurants and tourist spots. Great communication with property owners. Everything we needed for a family of 3.
While it's not in the busy touristy area it's right by Forsythe Park and there is a trolly stop there that takes you all over the city. The unit itself is perfection!
What a fantastic Location! Across street from Forsyth Park -,Krogers grocery around the corner,,beautiful neighborhood for walking. Close to everything! The unit was spotless and short uber ride from airport. Very pleased with our choice.
Everything was great. The only negative is that we needed more than 2 towels to shower.

We always hope that guests will let us know if there was anything that they need during their stay. In this instance we would have happily let them know that there are many more towels available for guests under the sink.
We couldn't have asked for a better location. We were only two blocks from Forsyth Park, the trolley stop and park restaurant and only steps from Kroger, which was quite handy. I really liked the dedicated parking so we didn't have to rely on street parking. The balcony was nice, a very quiet place to sit and relax. The place was very clean, all appliances worked and we had everything we needed. We ran into one minor snag and the owner was available in a matter of minutes. Would recommend.
Needed a place for a short stay while attending an event near downtown. The garage did not fit our full size truck but there was plenty of available nearby street parking. Very convenient to grocery shopping, parks, and our event. Felt safe walking our dog in the neighborhood. Unit is up a flight of stairs so we left the heavier things at the bottom. Overall cozy and comfortable.
This rental worked well for us, it is located just a short walk to Forsyth Park and very close to a grocery store. Interior was clean and appears as listed. Didn’t have much interaction with host because we were set up well and had everything we needed! Only thing to note is that bedrooms are located directly over garages which might not work for a lighter sleeper—if you sleep heavier you wouldn’t even notice!
The pull out couch was very hairy and had crumbs and dirt all over it so we didn’t use it as intended assuming it isn’t used often and maybe the cleaning crew wasn’t aware to clean it? and the garage below us was pretty loud when opened and closed but that wasn’t done often. But overall would recommend staying here! The host was very friendly and responsive. Close to the big Central Park and having Kroger RIGHT there was nice especially having a toddler. Great stay for the price
I was in town for 4 nights for a business event. This property was within walking distance from the event location, and the price was affordable. The place is lovely, very spacious and comfy. The host is friendly and super responsive as well. I had problems getting into the property one day, and after I called her for assistance, she quickly came and assisted me. The only down side is that the street the property is located in is not paved. I had two suitcases and Roling them on rocks was challenging. But other than that, the place is super clean, it has everything you need from kitchen appliances and cooking equipment to bed and bath supplies as well. My friends and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property. Thanks Christen!
A perfect Savannah Location - every morning I did a 1 mile walk around Forsyth park with my dog and grabbed a coffee from Collins. We were able to walk to the waterfront in 30 mins.
The apartment was a perfect 2 bedroom spot with a small living room and 4 person table. I believe the couch could pull out into a bed. It is an open living-kitchen-dining area so if you used it, you'd be in the center of everything. The 2 person spot on the balcony was nice. It overlooked the owners backyard who we had a nice conversation with - a neighborly interaction.
The parking garage fit our Audi q5 nicely with a little extra clearance. Not sure it would have fit if we had our Thule cargo box on. So if you have a massive car, double check with the owners. Otherwise, the parking spot was a dream to have.
Krogers is a block away. Super helpful for getting some supplies.
Our dog did bark at the pesky squirrel but otherwise was ok with the local noises -- which were not bad at all.
Overall, I would and already have recommended this location to a few friends wanting to visit Savannah. A perfect spot if you love to walk everywhere.
Stayed here for a girls trip. The location was great- close to downtown but not right in the middle of everything. Plenty of parking nearby. Very clean and had everything we needed. I would stay here again!
The cottage worked well for our family. Having the garage was wonderful, and the location was close to Forsyth Park and the Dot Trolley stop. We appreciated the ease of communication with Christen.
Nice place, clean would stay again but would prefer to stay closer to the river next time. There was a Kroger close by. Balcony could be bigger. Didnt have to worry about parking because of garage.
