The internal living area is approximately 400 m², spread over two floors and is designed for modern, open living, whilst the traditional shaded open gallery on both sides of the villa and the fantastic barbecue area will constantly draw you into the spectacular sunny terrace and swimming pool. It has oil heaters in the bedrooms and a fireplace in the living room. Calheta is known for the sunniest climate in Madeira and the villa's magnificent private garden, which blooms all year round, is testament to its unique location. The villa has private parking with remote controlled electric access gates, additional cloakroom on the ground floor, large laundry room with washing machine and dryer, study with books for you to read, wifi, Sonos speaker and large screen HD TV with international channels channels.
