Villa with seaview and private pool and garden

It has a big pool and there is a little beach. A small supermarket with fresh bread and restaurants. Famous beaches as Praia da Roche or Benagil are 7 km. Tennis or golf is around the corner. The house has a garden and roofterrace with seaview and sunshine.

In the center of the Algarve, between the famous beaches, the villa is sheltered in nature slopes with lots of trees and birds.

The villa has a loggia, a suitable living room, separate kitchen and two bedrooms. The bathroom has a bath with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Lots of space to dress up and dry towels.
Guests have access to the living room, kitchen, sleeping rooms and bathrooms, balcony, loggia, garden, pool and roof terrace.

The car can be parked in the car park in the street or in the shade.

There is a locker in the house for laptops and so. The Algarve is very safe, the laptop 17 "locker is just an extra service.


How to get there:
Busses drives frequently on main road, the bus stop is 5 min walk. There are two busses, the regular one and the beach-hop-on-hop-off buss to visit all the famous beaches

Train station Portimao, Parchal or Estómbar is by car 5-15min.

From Faro Airport shuttle busses can be booked on the internet for about € 12, - a person or by taxi for about € 50, -. Uber is also available.


What to do:
Neighborhood is fantastic and very central with beautiful houses, nature, farms, cliffs, beaches, villages, bars and restaurants but nevertheless quiet compared to the rest of the touristic places in the Algarve.

Airport Faro is about 45 min, by shuttle bus, car or hired car. Train is about one hour (Lisbon-Lisbon Airport) Lisbon Lisbon or for a day visit Lisbon, shuttle bus or train runs frequently for 16-24 Euro single trip in less then 3 hours. Train is leaving in Estombar, about 2,5km and busses in Lagoa, also 2,5km

When you like to go out in Portimao or Albufeira, it's easy to take a cab, taxis are not expensive. The famous beach parties at praia Caneiros is only 2,5km.
Praia Grande in Ferragudo is popular for families whit a calm sea, lots of space and 4 restaurants, 3 km.

Surfing can be done in Ferragudo in Praia do Molhe (next to Pintadinho), a cozy private beach facing west with beautiful sunsets, Praia da Rocha in Portimao, Porto de Mós in Lagos, Luz, Zavial, Sagres, Amado, Carrapartera and western coast. When it is windy, west coast is great to visit the beach there too. Aljezur is not far and lovely. Same for Monchique in the Mountains or Silves and Loelé.

More beaches in the neighborhood are Praia do Vale da Lapa (end of the street) about 1km, Praia de Paraiso (near Carvoeiro) 2km and Praia de Carvoeiro (in center of town) 2km.

Waterworld swimmingpool Slide & Splash is 3km away, between Estômbar and Lagoa.

There is a number of golf courses nearby (less then 3km) Gramacho Pestana Golf Resort, Vale de Pinta Golf Resort, Vale do Milho Golf and Silves Pestana Golf Resort at 11km.


Rules:
The house is less suitable for families with children in the age between 0 and 8 years. The swimming pool is big for keeping an eye on children who can not swim independent. The swimming pool has access from garden. Diving is not allowed. Or course it is not an adult for babies and children to go in or near the pool alone. Guests are always responsible for the children and children in the garden, pool, roof terrace and balcony.

Two or three times a week the pool-boy comes in for the pool and onces in a while the gardener. They have their own key and comes and go silent.

Before the check-in the house is cleaned. Please, clean it when you leave and put all towels and bedsheets in the washing box.

The tele has 150 canals. Wifi can be used everywhere.
