Such an amazing place! The house was everything you could hope for and more! We particularly liked the terraced area and spent lots of time looking out at the lovely views. We also enjoyed spending time in the great pool and admiring the wonderful planting. James was always on hand if we needed anything, nothing to fault whatsoever. This is probably the best holiday house we’ve ever stayed in!

La terrasse est la plus agréable de toutes nos locations d’été ! Toujours un filet d’air, une belle vue, un calme incroyable. La piscine est très agréable. Tout est très bien entretenu et les hôtes sont très discrets tout en étant disponibles. L’endroit est parfait pour du repos, de la lecture, des moments sereins au bord de la piscine. Peu de choses à visiter dans les environs immédiats (donc peu de touristes !) mais nous avons fait une belle balade (tour du lac d’Astarac), nous sommes allés au festival de jazz de Marciac () et avons fait un outside game très chouette à Sansan pour découvrir un site paléolithique. Cette semaine a été parfaite !

Excellent séjour chez James et Nick

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison louée par James et Nick. La quiétude y est totale, la vue, le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiques, la maison est très bien équipée. James est un hôte très attentionné. Nous recommandons absolument.

Nous avons été chez James et Nick pour la première fois avec nos 2 enfants de 19 et 21 ans. Le cadre du gîte est exceptionnel, calme, avec une vue dégagée pour les amateurs de tranquillité. La qualite du gîte et des services a été au delà de nos attentes. Propreté +++, équipements plus que complet, décoration raffinée, terrasse splendide, jardin magnifique sans parler de la superbe piscine. Nos hôtes ont êtes accueillants, disponibles et discrets. La situation du gîte permet la visite de nombreux villages typiques du gers et même un petit detour vers les Pyrénées. Nombreux chemins de balades et voies vertes pour les cyclistes. Nous avons passé de chouettes vacances reposantes. Recommandation +++ Merci James et Nick. Séverine, Bruno, Théo et Zoé

Maison magnifique au calme, les propriétaires sont charmants, discrets, la piscine privative et un vrai bonheur peut-être prévoir un accès plus pratique du gîte à la piscine car les personnes avec une mobilité réduite c est un peu difficile. Le gîte est parfaitement équipé. Pour conclure je recommande ce petit paradis.

Total peace and quiet

The property was everything we had expected. Very rural and peaceful position. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you could want. Pool area is delightful, but be aware it is a short walk away and up a grassy slope. Our only criticism would be that the TV is too small for such a beautiful big room, but I understand that this will be addressed. An information pack in the gite would be helpful. (Shops, banks, doctor, rubbish etc.) but the friendly hosts are always happy to help with questions. We had a lovely stay.

Fantastic character gite, in lovely location.

Clean, beautifully renovated, accommodation with lots of character. A great place to switch off, relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings and large swimming pool with the family. The owners were extremely hospitable and accommodating and made our weeks stay very enjoyable. They are the perfects hosts and were on hand to help whenever needed. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely not hesitate in returning.
