Practical, spacious & convenient for a visit to State College area for a weekend. Worked out perfectly for a group of 4 adults needing a place to crash for a night or two.
Parking was very convenient, check-in was super easy, & the host was very responsive. The only drawback of the location is the bar next door can be a bit loud on a weekend.
Well laid out with lots of space to stay after a football game. The separate bedroom plus another big room held all the kids who enjoyed that time hanging out together. We did hear a loud scary altercation outside at 1am but that’s not anything the owner did or could control. George was responsive to our emails before our stay and it worked out great for us

Good overall accessible location for PSU events.
Overall, okay. Graduation weekend makes for tough accommodation searching. Kind of old, bath could use a facelift, but very convenient to PSU as well as the Waffle Shop and restaurants in Bellefonte. Would go back.

Great weekend getaway. The place is spacious. The two beds, multiple couches and air mattress allowed for everyone to sleep comfortably. George was quick to respond with any questions we had.

Overall a decent stay
The good: Clean, large rental. Kitchen is functional and has everything you should need and then some. Easy to get in and out of. Overall a nice place I would definitely recommend.
The down side: This isn't an upscale location and although it certainly is a safe location, there is quite a bit of noise in this downtown area at night with a bar next door. Others in our group mentioned it though I slept through. The overall décor is similarly low key/functional, not higher end hotel décor. Also, I didn't get the owner's phone number which might have been nice in case of emergency. Owner was prompt with email but to email here you need to reserve a room and if you're trying to get in contact with the owner after you've already reserved and lost his email, best bet is to reserve but not pay for another stay. Hokey way to get around the email/contact situation.
Overall, I would certainly recommend this place.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. I can see you booked the apartment over a year in advance and as such may have misplaced my contact information (I resent the phone number on the 24th a week prior to check in), however I will from this point forward contact all guests by phone to ensure solid communication. I have gone to length ensuring my guests are comfortable and my furniture and sleeping accommodations supports this and are constantly being updated.The apartment was reserved for 3 guests but was heavily used.Despite this occasional overflow I plan to continue not charging a cleaning fee or additional guest fee because I am grateful for the business. All of my prior guests have enjoyed the location it is convenient and has private parking and the Waffle Shop next door. I hope that you will stay again as all are welcome.

Convenient location
Our stay at the apartment went smoothly. The pictures are accurate of what it actually looked like. The apartment was clean and had enough room for air mattresses on the floor. The waffle shop was right next door which was convenient and about 15 minutes from Penn State.
