Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Induction Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Ensuite: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric thermostatic heaters and logs for wood burner included. Sitting-out area with garden furniture and barbecue. Ample parking.. All properties: Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (shared with other properties on-site). 1-acre landscaped gardens with seating (shared with other properties on-site). Barbecue. Bike store. No smoking. Please note: There is a fenced pond 70 yards from the property.. Granary Farm Cottages lie on the south facing slopes of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. This former farm is 1 mile from the village of Sawdon. Set in large landscaped gardens with woodland area and cabin, it is a quiet and relaxing holiday base from which to explore the surrounding countryside. Perfect for walks and cycle rides into the forest from the doorstep. Great for bird watching in the gardens or forest, with Raptor View Point a short drive away. The area also has dark skies so ideal for avid stargazers. Convenient for Scarborough, Whitby and York, and the market towns of Malton, Helmsley and Pickering with its steam railway. Castle Howard and Heartbeat country are an easy drive away. There is an award-winning butchers in the neighbouring village of Brompton. North Yorkshire Water Park is 6 miles from the properties. This is described as the largest natural water sport lake in North Yorkshire. Pub 1 mile and shops 3 miles.
