Sandy Den is perfect for that special family holiday; enjoy many activities including swimming, amusements or a day at the beach!. All on the Ground Floor:

Open plan living space.

Living area: TV, DVD Player

Dining area.

Kitchen area: Breakfast Bar, Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge

Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed

Bedroom 2: Bunk (3ft) Beds

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric heaters, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Laundry facilities (shared, at cost). Grounds (shared with other properties on site). Indoor swimming pool (shared, at cost, open 9am to 12pm and 1.30pm to 5pm everyday, 18th May-6th September). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Beach 500 yards

Shared indoor heated swimming pool on site. Sandy Den is a detached, single-storey holiday chalet situated in California Sands Holiday Park and is ideally situated close to the beach. It is also in a great location for exploring the Norfolk Broads and Great Yarmouth with its traditional seaside attractions. On site there is a good selection of facilties including a café, minimarket, amusements, fish and chip shop, pizza takeaway bar, laundrette and family clubhouse. There is also an indoor heated swimming pool. There are plenty of activities for all the family to enjoy in this area, such as walking, cycling and fishing which are all available locally. Sandy Den is fantastic for active holiday makers and families who are looking for plenty to do. Beach 500 yards. Shop and restaurant 50 yards, pub 500 yards.

Great chalet fantasic area for dog friendly places close to places to visit Sad supermarket newsagents and fish chip shop all closed on site Really nice welcome feeling after long car journey to find tea coffee milk biscuits all in chalet waiting for us Electric shower in cubicle not that great owing to water pressure but that's nobody fault We awaiting to book up for 2020 season can't wait And my new puppy loved the beach seaside woof woof
