Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity (£15per week May-September, £25per week October-April), bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Hot tub (private). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Close to coast with excellent views. This wonderful detached cottage, formerly the bake house/coach house and dairy to the ’big’ house, is situated on a working farm a few miles off the A55. This converted stone building is approximately 400 years old and has retained many original features. It is well-equipped with everything you need for a self-catering stay, including a washing machine and hair dryers in both bedrooms. It has stunning views over the Clwydian mountain range. There is a large lawned garden with play equipment for children and a hot tub, and the owner will give a guided tour of the farm, show you how to milk and other farm tasks by arrangement. The cottage is ideally situated for exploring Snowdonia with its spectacular scenery, or visiting the sandy beaches around Prestatyn (4 miles), golfing or taking a day trip to Anglesey and maybe catching the ferry to Ireland for the day. Shop 0.5 mile, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
