House for 6 people. The lower part of the house can be used with a supplement.




The house is divided in two fully equipped units. Ideal for a big grup or two families who wants to spend holidays together. 4 to 12 people.



This holiday house is located 1000 meters walking ( with stairs) and 2650 m with car from the beach of Cala Canyelles and enjoys of panoramic views of the sea. The centre of the residential area with community pool, restaurant, office and diving school is approximately 650 m from the house away.



The Villa is divided in two separate units: in both, above as below dining room, there is an extendable dining table with a capacity for 10-12 persons.

Bright dining - living room with modern kitchen and beautiful views. (Satellite-TV Astra, WiFi).



3 double bedrooms, one with access to the large terrace. (2 rooms with two single beds and 1 room with a double bed).



2 spacious bathroom. (1 with shower and 1 bathroom with shower and bath)



Open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electric stove, oven, kettle, microwave and toaster.



Sunny upper terrace with sun loungers, barbecue area, table and chairs.



Washing machine available.



LOWER LEVER



Cosy living room with direct access to the private pool. (Satellite TV Astra, WiFi)



1 suite with assembled twin beds + shower and 1 bedroom with two single beds.



In total 2 bathrooms with shower.



Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, electric cooker and water heater).



Awesome sunny pool area with large swimming pool. Sun loungers, table and chairs available.

Beautiful BBQ area great to enjoy outdoor meals.



NO YOUTH GROUPS ARE ACCEPTED. NO PARTIES. THE PROPERTY RESERVES THE RIGHT OF ADMISSION.



GENERAL INFORMATION



Drying rack and cleaning kit (shovel, broom and MOP) available.

Central heating, high chair, extra bed or baby cot against fee.

Pets are welcome on request. (5€/ day/ pet)

The bedrooms are equipped with warderobes, pillows and blankets. Bed linen and towels can be rented. (ask previously please)

Sleeping facilities for one or two person more in each housing unit (extra bed or sofa bed for an extra charge).

The house is located in one of the most beautiful places of the Costa Brava, 3 km from the bustling Lloret de Mar and 12 km. from the romantic fishing village Tossa de Mar. Steep coast and sandy beaches. Surrounded by mountains, pine forests and oaks; the situation is very calm.

In the center of the Cala Canyelles urbanization there is a restaurant, bar, tennis court. Nautical club with mooring rentals, diving center, ski school, windsurfing, kayaking, sailing and other water activities. It’s posible to rent umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach, cars for rent, horse riding, ticket for excursions and in the vicinity various golf courses and pitch on putt.

Outside of high season the offer of the different activities offered in the area may be more limited.

The arrival must be between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. The arrivals between 20:00 and 24:00 must be notified by phone 2 hours before.

The reception of the clients will take place at the Playa Arena office located in the Cala Canyelles urbanization. In the office, registration and payment procedures will be formalized. Then we will go with you personally to the accommodation, we will explain in detail the characteristics of the house and we will give you the keys.

The Exit must be made before 10:00. One day before your departure, come to the office to arrange a home inspection.

The final cleaning does not cover that the house has to be returned in proper condition: basic cleaning, clean and tidy dishes in the cupboards, leave sheets and towels folded next to the entrance door of the house and deposit the garbage in the corresponding containers. If the house is not in this state, an extra service will be applied that will be deducted from the deposit.

How to get there: Take the AP2 motorway, take exit 9 towards Lloret de Mar. Once you arrive in Lloret de Mar, take the road to Tossa de Mar and after 2.5km on the right you will find the exit to Cala Canyelles. Continue straight until you find a square. The Playa Arena office is on the right side of this square.
