Pet friendly rental....3 bedroom/2 bath tropical beach/pool oasis in the fenced backyard in highly desirable Vina Del Mar/Pass-a-Grille Beach. Large private pool (not heated), remodeled 32 ft long screened patio/outdoor living area, and gas BBQ. Walking distance to quaint Pass-a-Grille Beach. New kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. New hall bath. High speed wireless internet and flat screen cable TV in primary bedroom, family room, and outdoor patio. Walking distance to white sands of Pass-a-Grille Beach/Gulf of Mexico, restaurants, bars, local market/ convenience store, and Vina Del Mar Park (where you will have access to pickleball/tennis /basketball courts/playground). Sleeps 8 persons. Lease duration is flexible, but 30 night minimum due to county regulations. Off Season rates are April through December $4900 per month. High Season rates are $7900 per month (January, February, and March). Available mid November 2026.
