A perfect peaceful getaway that is close to everything. WALKING DISTANCE TO THE BEACH! You will enjoy renting this FULLY RENOVATED 3-bedroom 3-bath beach home. Each bedroom has its own separate bathroom- SUITE STYLE. Approximately 1500 square feet. Fully furnished with a full kitchen, onsite laundry, and access to outdoor patio space. Each bedroom has character and is unique, with a total of one king bed, one queen bed, and a futon. Other amenities also include high definition TV with a variety of cable channels, high speed WIFI, and outdoor shower. The house it at the perfect location close to both the beach and the bay, with easy access in and out of the island. You have quick access to the highway and very close to Tampa International airport. There is plenty of onsite parking. Walking distance to local groceries and restaurants. The trolley and bus stop is right outside the house. Only a 15-minute drive to downtown St Pete where you will find hip restaurants, museums, and night life. The beauty is that when you are done with exploring downtown, you can run away to the peaceful quiet beach. Staying here will reduce your stress, recharge, and rejuvenate you.

Perfect rental home

Great location, newly renovated duplex property

Property was fantastic for a family of four. Had all the amenities we needed, was fully stocked and easy walk to the beach. Beach chairs and towels provided. Nice quiet north section of Pass A Grille. Would definitely book this property again.

Perfect location, just a short walk to the beach and waterfront restaurants. The area is lovely for an evening stroll, and the home itself was clean, comfortable, and had very cozy beds. Would definitely stay again!

Best Experience EVER

My husband and I have stayed at a number of rental homes, and this by far was the best experience EVER! The owner, Reza was there promptly to meet us for checkin, showing us everything we needed to know. His wife came later to help with the TV. They were both amazing! They were also kind enough to let us reschedule our original dates last minute due to COVID, and rebooked for another week without hassle or questions! The beach was close, and we had everything we needed to enjoy the week! There’s even a free shuttle (remember to tip!) to take you around all over Pass-a-Grille! I cannot recommend this gem enough!!!

Charming location within walking distance of gorgeous private beach

Super clean duplex in a quiet, charming, upscale neighborhood. Lovely stroll to the pristine private beach. Reza and Sarah were friendly, responsive, and made great recommendations for eateries. No need for a car-trolley across the street and a free ride service that picks you up at your doorstep and delivers you anywhere on the island Or just walk-shops, convenience store and restaurants are nearby. The cottage has all the basics covered-comfortable king and queen beds, however daybed and trundle fit for smaller children only. Plenty of beach chairs and the umbrella table in the back is a nice touch. If you plan on spending most of the day away and eating out you probably won't be bothered by the tiny kitchen or lack of dining space. All in all, well done. We had a marvelous vacation, and we'll be back next year. Thanks Reza and Sarah!

Peace in Pass-a-Grille

This is the nicest, most comfortable beach house we've rented ever. The feel of being in a quiet residential area while having very close access to the beautiful beach is invaluable. Still, we could easily walk the mile or so to the commercial area of Pass-a-Grille. The last time I was at Pass-a-Grille beach was over 20 years ago. I am struck by the fact that the commercial area of the village has not grown at all since that time! It is primarily limited to one street (8th) near the end of the pennisula. Other than a few restaurants, the marina and one convenience store, the residential area is just that: residential! Even so, there are several decent restaurants within walking range of the this house + there's a free shuttle service that will take you as far north as the nearest Publix and anywhere in between. I can't say enough about our host Reza's efforts to ensure that we had everything we needed - including paper products! - during our stay. We will definitely be returning to this property again.

Beautiful home, close to private beach

Wonderfully clean, spacious 3bedroom,3bath house. Only a block to gulf beach private part, not crowded. Wonderful hosts and they were so easy to get ahold of and helpful. They go out of their way to welcome you and make sure your stay is perfect. Pass A Grille has been my vacation spot for years but this is now my vacation haven to stay.
