The lower level has 3 bedrooms ( one bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with two full size beds and 1 open concept bedroom with a full size bed and a twin trundle bed ), 1 bathroom and a kitchenette and game area. The large front, living room connects to both levels. Out back is a beautiful 2400 sf dock that has been recently updated with 2 boat slips, 2 personal water craft slips, 2 picnic tables and plenty of room for swimming and fishing from the dock.
