Beautiful double bedroom apartment with private garden in La Matanza de Acentejo situated in an avocado farm.



If you like the quietness of the country side, this is the perfect place for you and your family.

Situated by the North Coast of Tenerife, It’s one of eight apartments in a small building, surrounded by a beautiful garden and marvellous views to the ocean-sunset.



It has a private garden, just across the farm path, where you will enjoy sun beds, barbecue,....just for you and your family.



Although you may feel isolated due to the quietness of the countrside , the farm is very well connected. It’s close to villages, beaches, comercial centers, ........

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 5 people. Accommodation of 64 m² nicely furnished and is very luminous, It has side views to the sea and to the mountain.

It is located 7 km "Mesa del Mar", 2 km "El Caletón", 10 km golf course "El Peñón", 2 km city "La Matanza de Acentejo", 2 km supermarket "Altesa", 15 km airport "Tenerife Norte", 1 km bus station "Puente Autopista", 100 km water park "Siam Park", 50 km "Parque Nacional del Teide" and it is located in a a quiet zone and in a beautiful rural area.

The accommodation is equipped with the following things: Private garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, private barbecue, iron, safe, internet, hair dryer, central heating, conditionned swimming pool communal, open-air car parking, tv, satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French), dvd.

The open plan kitchen, of butane gas, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.

Great stay

The layout & maintenance of the complex were excellent. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The pool was well maintained and everywhere was very clean and well kept I would highly recommend this accommodation. The only draw back was negotiating the tight corners and steep driveway in a hired car. But I don’t know how this can be improved

We likes that they place is very quiet. The apartment is good and clean. It is not far from evertthing, so we don't have to drive a long time. It was the second time we came and the number 4 has a great terras. Thanks fore cleaning every week! We enjoyed very much! When we arrived the apartment, espacially in theater kitchen was not so clean.

Excelentes vistas, ubicación, limpieza, y servicios. El atendimiento fue muy bueno, tanto por María como el Gerente D. Enrique. Es un apartamento amplio y acogedor donde disfrutar unos días con la familia. Somos repetidores, y probablemente volvamos antes de fin de año. Uno de los dormitorios no tiene ventana al exterior, (solo en el techo) y eso no nos gustó mucho. El resto todo perfecto.

Perfect and safe family appartment

Complete information via email for check-in , big kitchen and all cutlery such as cheese knife and kitchen machine, wifi good and available, pool nice and warm and safe for children to use, green and wonderful gardens with fruit, personal contact with the owner Enrique, perfect care from Maria for the cleaning and Manolo for maintenance. In apartment nr. 4 we had to explain to other visitors about the usage of the private garden. Luckily this sign is placed.

Very nice place for a restfull family holiday

We spend a very restfull family holiday at your place. We liked the clean, bright and well furnishes flat, but much more the nice private garden. The children enjoyed the pool very much, as well as the nature in the garden (caterpillars, butterflies and lizards). The view to ocean and Teide was fantastic, without clouds as well as with -) It was also a good basis for trips around Tenerife (Teide, Anaga, some nice cosy beaches). Service was excellent and very friendly. We thank you very much, we will come again!

Beautiful finca in a quiet area with stunning views

The booking and communication with the agency were straightforward and very friendly. A number of helpful information facilitated the preparation and arrival. The finca and the apartment were very clean and well maintained. When we arrived our apartment was ready to move in. All major kitchen utensils for self-catering were available. Even after the coffee maker stopped working, a new one was provided immediatly. That's what I call fast, uncomplicated service - very friendly. The location is absolutely quiet, although it is only a short distance from the road and Autopista. Only one hears in the morning the crowing of the cocks. :-) The description as well as the previous reviews make the best of our experience. We felt very well, recommend it for recreation-seeking individualists on and happy to come back.

Schöne ruhige Anlage mit gutem Service

Wunderschöne Anlage in ruhiger und sehr entspannender Atmosphäre. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Teide oder Porto Cruz da die Autobahn schnell zu erreichen ist. Uns fällt momentan nichts ein. Es gibt immer Dinge die man verbessen könnte. Tafelwasser das in Glasflaschen verkauft wird, Frühstücksservice, Mülltrennung... Unsere Ansprüche wurden gut erfüllt.

Great finca on beatifull plot of land

How complete the apartment was. And the private garden with the view! The water from the shower flowed into the bathroom. So, after a shower, the whole batroom was flooded and we needed to dry the floor with a mop. The wet floor was very slippery.
