この魅力的なヴィラは2つのレベルで設定されています。それは完全にプライベートで、大きな日当たりの良いプール（12 x 6 m）、緑豊かな庭園、そしてクリソコス湾の景色を望めます。
プライベートプールは緑豊かな庭園の間にあり、日当たりの良いテラスに囲まれています。ローマの階段でアクセスできます。
プールの隣には、家具付きの望楼が設置されています。自宅から離れながら料理スキルを試したい人のためのバーベキューと、大理石の壁に取り付けられた非常に便利な外部シャワーがあります。

Beautiful villa and location, but equipment needs some tlc, kitchen crockery and glassware a bit tired. Dishwasher broken. Could be 100% perfect but needs some love and attention. However, we had a great holiday, again brilliant and fabulous location. Very clean, with cleaners coming twice in week. I would definitely book again, so don’t let my comments put you off.

Lovely villa and perfect pool!

This is a lovely villa, plenty of space for 2 two families. Villa was clean and pool towels were provided. Beds comfy! Bathrooms basic but functional. Kitchen has everything you may need and a good size fridge with small freezer. Washing machine and dishwasher easy to use. Lots of outdoor space and wildlife. Pool was perfect for the children, large shallow area. Would highly recommend bringing a torch with you if your planning on walking into town of an evening as the road to the villa has no street lights. (This was about a 15 minute walk)

We had a wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. Very beautiful surroundings, nice and quiet. The harbor with bars and restaurants was only a 15min walk away. Amenities we great, for cooking everything you need. The only thing that would have helped was soap in that bathroom and maybe some salt and pepper in the kitchen. I could have easily stayed another week.

Wonderful stay

Excellent stay in this beautiful villa! This was the perfect place for our family getaway. The villa was very spacious with everything you could possibly need. Comfy beds, lovely bathrooms and help/advice whenever we needed it. The children (and adults!) Loved the huge swimming pool and outdoor area. The husband enjoyed bbq-ing in the evenings! Location was also perfect. We walked into Latchi a few times and the walk was pleasant in the evenings but got a bit hot during the day! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A great place to stay!

Villa was just what we expected and so quiet and private. Nice large pool and lots of local wildlife to watch, swallows and bats directing the pool every night. Great views from the balcony’s too. A great place to stay!

Heerlijk relaxte week in een rustige omgeving

Het huis was fantastisch. Heerlijk ruim, zowel binnen als buiten. Overal zonwering en horren aanwezig. Het zwembad werd tussentijds onderhouden en de schoonmaakster kwam ook nog langs. Met 10 minuten lopen ben je in Latchi, een plaatsje met veel restaurants en vriendelijke mensen. De weg naar het dorp toe is wel erg donker 's avonds, maar gelukkig niet druk.

Fabulous holiday

This was our second visit to villa Leda and it doesn't disappoint. It is an impressive property with well kept groungs, a large outdoor barbecue and seating area and a very large pool. Also air conditioning in all bedrooms, which was fantastic as it was hot, hot, hot! We were a party of six and the space available inside and out meant we never felt cramped. We had some great days out, Latsi village is in walking distance, so our kids could go down for drinks and ice creams in the evening, but hiring a car is an absolute must to go on days out, as public transport is slow and inflexible

Fantastic Times

We stayed at Leda villa back in 2002 and 2003 with family members no longer with us. Always wanted to go back because we thought so highly of it. Enjoyed it so much this time too. Fantastic location, views and amenities. Would always recommend it and 5 stars all round 👍

Wonderful villa

We had the nicest week, good location with walking distance to small shops/ beach. we felt that renting a car was a must for this place, purely to explore the island as the location of the property was fairly remote and a driving distance to town areas/ bigger supermarkets. The villa itself was huge and set in very pretty surroundings, the pool and outside area was the best part of our stay here. Villa facilities were generally good (air con etc) however it would have been nice if there was basic bits left for the kitchen ie sugar, oil, salt/ pepper. We also couldn’t use the tv. The property staff were very friendly however we did find the frequency of their trips a little much, especially on our departure day, they were waiting to get into the property 1.5 hours before check out time which made us feel rushed. Perhaps a schedule should be provided to notify you of their visit times as the pool man would just turn up randomly. All in all we would definitely return and left with heavy hearts.

Lovely location, great for the harbour. Only problem was the ants. We had a lot inside the kitchen and outside area. Had to buy quite lot of ant spray. Villa needs a bit of an upgrade as showers quite jaded and not enough hot water for 7 Peolpe getting a shower. Overall loved location

A Holiday We Will Remember.

Having had a thoroughly relaxing time at Leda Finiki we are already researching the possibilities for a return next year. The villa is in a quiet, pleasant place and conveniently situated within a short drive to Latchi and Polis. It was spotlessly clean even though we were late in the season. The Cleaner and Pool Man were thorough and they were really nice people who looked after us well. All in all a great experience aided by the very attentive and helpful Staff at eosTravel. Our thanks to them all.

Villa pool and outside area were lovely. BBQ was a great addition to the place. Showers were a little slow but I think that was the only downside.

Nice villa.

I loved the location, middle of a lemon/orange grove. The pool is huge, much bigger than the usual villa offerings. The pool guy was quiet and pleasant, the cleaner was a joy, lovely woman. The basic amenities are of a good standard, the outdoor bbq is a plus. Showers temperamental but I put this down to 5 people trying to shower at once. The bedrooms ac is very good, didn't use the living room ones. Television is all Greek, not an issue for us as we enjoyed the pool/villa/bbq areas. I would certainly return to this villa if I was staying in the area again.

wunderbares Haus mit den besten Betten und Matratzen

Das Haus liegt alleine man hat absolute Privatsphäre. Rundherum nur Obstbäume. Wunderschöner Garten. Das Pool ist gross 72 M2 aber die Hälfte davon ist nur 80 cm tief. Das Wasser wird sehr warm und es wird nur 1 mal pro Tag neues Wasser dazu gelassen. Die Betten und Matratzen sind einmalig. So gute Matratzen hatten wir die Letzten 15 Jahre in unsern gemieteten Häuser noch nie. Die Türen der Küchenkasteln gehören unbedingt mal ausgetauscht. Das beste es sind überall Fliegengitter. Kann das Haus wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Wifi Code war falsche den uns EOS mitgeteilt hat. Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut.

Fabulous villa

Villa was fabulous exactly as described. Pool was lovely, bigger than expected and plenty of sun beds. Four bedrooms all with en-suite were great. Villa is in a quiet location but near enough to beach,shops and restaurants of Latchi. There are bigger supermarkets in nearby Polis if needed. I would certainly book again, wish we were still there.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday in the beautiful Leda Finiki villa. It was an amazing property and the standard of cleanliness and the pool cleaning was always perfect. We will be definitely returning. Only downside is the walk back up hill from the town. The land surrounding the property was absolutely breathtaking. Thank you

The location is great

The location is great and a few minutes by car to Latchi beach. The Villa is surrounded by many trees and green areas and is far away from the other villas. The pool is bigger than we thought and the kids really enjoyed it!! Each room has a balcony and a bathroom which is great. If you want an air-conditioner in the saloon or in the kitchen you need to pay extra (we didn't know it)
