Precioso apartamento dúplex recientemente renovado justo en frente del mar. Ubicado en la mejor zona de Benalmádena y cerca de todos los servicios y atracciones importantes. Imagina tener tu desayuno con vistas a las más increíbles vistas al mar.

El apartamento es acogedor y confortable.
y duerme hasta cuatro personas. El aire acondicionado / calefacción e Internet están incluidos en el precio y los jardines, y 3 piscinas están abiertas todo el año. También hay un área de juegos para niños en un área segura.

Fantastic view

the landlord very quick to respond to messages and nice, it is much appreciated. Fantastic location, view of the beach. Benalmádena is very nice, good food, nice people, fantastic beach promenade.

A wonderful two-week stay in this apartment!

I stayed here for 13 nights. I enjoyed hearing the waves of the sea in the day and especially at night. Pictures were exact. Communication with the host (Alex) was speedy and efficient; he answered all of my questions in a timely manner. A cute apartment for 1-2 people. Well-stocked with cleaning supplies. Kitchen is tiny by Canadian standards but had everything you would normally need in a kitchen, even a juicer! A good use of space. Superb sea view from the bedroom and balcony. There is a curtain providing privacy to the bedroom from the living/dining area where there is a futon. The location was central to everything that I needed or wanted (bus stops, supermarket DIA, ATMs, restos/bars, pharmacy, shops and gas station). Just be aware that patrons of the Ha'penny Bridge Pub can be loud (talking, yelling, cheering) and the sound travels. Plus it is located on a main thoroughfare and I like to sleep with the windows open. However I would definitely come back to this place and recommend it to others. Gracias, Alex!

The property was exactly as described and I agree with the previous positive reviews. Two issues arose during my stay. On both occasions, I made contact with the owner and both he and his wife responded immediately and each was resolved very promptly. A comfortable apartment, ideally situated and excellent value for money.

Fantastic location, compact apartment.

Firstly, the exterior of the complex is well maintained with daily maintenance of grounds & pools. Whilst we were there it seemed like work was being done to what we assumed was a defunct restaurant/poolside bar. There are three pools, one for kiddies the other two more for adults as quite deep. There is also a poolside hoist for disabled access to the large pool. The location of this apartment complex is perfect for the beach, local restaurants & bars and there are two supermarkets within walking distance [10 mins & 12 mins]. It has wonderful views towards the mountains and sea. The marina is a slow 30/40 minute walk away. The apartment was on the 11th floor [there are lifts] and very clean when we arrived. It has a bijou kitchen and bathroom, with shower over the bath, on the upper level [entrance], going down stairs to the lounge/sleeping area with access to a small balcony with table & chairs.

I seldom leave a negative review, so I'll start with the positive. The location was amazing. Less than 5 minutes to be on the beach; lots of lovely restaurants in the area; shops of all kinds; easy access to public transit. The area is as beautiful as it looks! However, the apartment was not what we expected. There was no bedroom as such. It could be advertised as a bachelor or studio, as opposed to a one-bedroom. The space with the bed (no door, no privacy curtain, no wall) opened directly onto the living area. It would be okay for a couple, but not so much for two people who would have appreciated a bit of privacy! There were ongoing problems with the electricity...some of these were with the apartment itself; others apparently with the whole building. The internet was borderline okay. I work online with clients, and there were frequent interruptions for brief periods of time... never more than 5 minutes, but very disruptive to what I do. There were also problems with the heat. The landlord replied to text messages, BUT he works out of town so was not available when things needed to be done. We had to deal with the electrician, coming to give an estimate for work. I have no Spanish and he had no English. We managed, but not an ideal situation. I know we were there during the off-season, and that is when these places do their major repairs and upgrades. The water was off in the whole building, three separate days for several hours. Notices were posted to notify us of this. Annoying, but we survived. The apartment was compact and well-equipped. Clean and has a lovely ocean view. In spite of these challenges, I loved Benalmadena. Overall, my trip was amazing. So, giving it a three star rating based on everything, not just the apartment, trying to be fair.

Votre hôte Alex est d une gentillesse Merci à lui pour ce séjour passé dans un appartement belle vue de la plage et l appartement est bien équipée et proche de beaucoup de commerces. Je recommande Au plaisir de repasser quand il y aura meilleur temp !!
