Linda was quick to respond and very informative. The unit was in an excellent location and within walking distance to many great restaurants. Check-in was easy, the condo was comfortable. We would definitely stay again

Excellent Stay - Clean and close to all

Me and my buddy stayed here for a Tennis tournament. The property was well maintained and Linda gave excellent check-in directions. It was perfect for what we needed.

Scottsdale Wedding weekend

Property was as advertised, very clean and comfortable. It was located close to Old Town, the Botanical Garden and nice restaurants.

We liked the location, it was nice to be able to walk to Oldtown Scottsdale. Also like the restaurants and bars in the area.

Great stay

Another stay at this rental. Small issues on arrival resolved within an hour of reporting it to Linda. Will definitely look at staying again on our next visit to Scottsdale.

Awesome Condo!

We found the property exactly as advertised. It was clean, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. The location was ideal. The complex was quiet and located close to all Scottsdale has to offer. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Very nice place

Very nice 2 bedroom property that wasn’t too far from restaurants or attractions. Very clean and the property owner was very responsive. Pool access was very nice also. The washer and dryer was located inside the condo so it was a huge plus. Very quiet property.

Great location near our family

We have both family and friends north and south of the condo. Both our kids have settled in the area and while they are working we have no problem finding things to do. Within 20 minutes in any direction we can find hiking trails, shopping and great outdoor dining options.

Great condo in historic Scottsdale

We have now stayed here 2 times. We picked it the second time by its features and then recalled our earlier visit. We hope to make this one of our "go to" vacation choices. The condo is in a very quiet neighborhood perfectly located for Scottsdale or Phoenix visits. Very comfortable, clean and shared by a good host.

Vacation

The location of this condo is perfect from accessing the 101 to walking on the greenbelt. The condo was well stocked & I liked the kitchen /living room layout. Only small drawback is there is not a blind on the master bedroom door that accesses the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to everything we enjoy in the Phoenix area

This condo is a perfect place to stay - close to Desert Botanical Garden - close to restaurants and the best donut shop (Local Donut), the Scottsdale Farmer's market, the Fashion Mall, etc. The condo itself is wonderfully stocked. It has everything we needed to cook our meals. It has covered parking. It is quiet and the bed is comfortable. Perfect for our need to get out of the cold weather in Wisconsin!

Easy location for getting around Scottsdale. Not more then 10 minutes to anything. Not fancy but good updates as indicated. Owner very helpful and responsive and price was great

Almost perfect

Came for a wedding and this was a good location for the wedding venue and rehearsal restaurant. Only suggestion I have is to have a window/door covering in the bedroom. I realize this is on the second floor and hopefully no one can see in; but an option to completely close it would make this better.

It will do…

We had great communication in getting to the property, great directions on where to go once inside the complex and where the parking space is. Very easy to get into the keyless entry, thanks for the detailed directions. Upon opening the door and walking in the place has a not so great smell ( not the first Vrbo with this issue), once inside you kind of get used to it. The place looks like the photos. We didn’t cook there but looks like you would have everything you need to whip up a meal. The living room is small but comfortable for 3-4. Tv seemed to be fine, I didn’t watch much. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, which was comfortable. The bathroom was fine. The second bedroom has a pretty uncomfortable bed. Very hard and the pillows are not nice. I made it through the 5 nights, looking forward to my own bed. The closet in the second room is kind of weird as the clothing rack is forward so far that the closet doors will not close, so clothes left sticking out, I didn’t really care, just left the doors open. There are water and dryer in the unit, we did not use them, but seem fine. The main draw back about this place is it is in an older building, the walls are very thin. Every morning some of the neighbors car alarms would go off, like just before dawn. You can hear neighbors, maybe below talking, they weren’t loud but you can hear them. You can hear the people above walking around and the air conditioning unit is very loud, I slept with white noise every night it

Great place and location

This condo is well laid out and close to great restaurants and amenities. You can walk to Old Town Scottsdale on the greenway path across the street. The owner was very responsive. Good place to stay.

Old Town Jewel

This property is just that, a jewel! Linda is so easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Condo was just as described and such cute decor and so clean! Nice amount of personal essentials along with supplies to easily last several days which was so appreciated! Pool was very nice and had all to ourselves just as if all our own. Cute little Mexican spot and little market within 250 ft of property! With the green belt so close and such an enjoyable walking path, my husband and I walked to old town in the morning for breakfast and again in the evening to enjoy the area even more. Hope to come back sometime!
