Great apartment

The apartment worked out very well. Clean, well organized and within walking distance of downtown Puerto Banus and right on the boardwalk. The owner / manager communicated well, and we had no issues. We would not hesitate to recommend this vacation property.

The apartment was outstanding in all the most important ways: the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was equipped well for our 5-week winter stay, so many glasses for every drink, and good-quality crockery. Excellent coffee maker. The apt felt like a home. Not a tossed-together rental. The view was not what we expected…apartments opposite…at least in the cold winter, and the fridge did not live up to the standards of the apartment: any sensitive foods had to be pushed to the back wall to get close to 3 C. The resort facilities were off-season, and the on-site resto was closed. We did not comprehend just how quiet it would be! Again, I’d give it a 9/10, or 4.5/5, and for most folks, you won’t miss anything! So we can fully recommend Angela and Niall’s apartment.

Very fine and clean property, excellent location.

Very easy and uncomplicated communication with the owners. The apartment was in good and clean condition. We stayed for four weeks and lived our normal life in flat, including making our food. The dishwasher and fridge are quite old and could be considered to be replaced in future. Both still working well, no problem. The location of the resort is excellent, very peaceful area but just 5 min walk from Puerto Banus centrum and marina. The park of the resort is incredible beautiful and taken good care of. As a summary, we spent wonderful holiday in Puerto Banus and in the apartment and can highly recommend it for anyone!

The apartment was furnished very nicely, the grounds were wonderfully maintained the location was excellent. We needed softer pillows, they were delivered that afternoon. We would highly recommend Puerto Banus and Working with Nael and Angela. The lines of communication were spot on.

Beautiful setting

Superb luxury apartment, very clean, well equiped and maintained. The apartment is set in beautiful gardens, the beach is just a short walk through the gardens. Easy to park the car & a lift up to the apartment was a doddle. We had a great holiday and would highly recommend.
