The location was fantastic and the apartment was very clean and comfortable

The location was fantastic and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was lovely to stand on the balcony and watch the world go by, and was anazing in a morning to open the doors to the balcony and smell the fresh air. The only down side was that we couldn't work out how to use the oven so had to just cook on the hob.The bed was very comfortable, and it waa great having a parking space underground.

In the heart of Chamonix!

We loved this property and the amenities of the apartment. Our only real critique would be having a proper shower or mount to hang the shower hand-piece would be nice. There is a pub downstairs which had some occasional crowd noise but we used a fan for ambient/white noise. We would stay here again for certain and enjoyed our stay.

It was a brilliant apartment, and worked well for family of 4 (2 teenagers!). Immaculate presentation, with great facilities in kitchen. Wash machine very useful! The area was exactly what we wanted, but you know that the main street remains noisy into the evening, and with morning deliveries (for the double room only, as the twin is around the corner). The garage was very near, and instructions brilliant to get in and out. We had small issue gaining entrance, but the hosts came super quick to help. We were also missing a garage key, but a spare was located and brought to us the very next day. Highly recommend if you are looking for a bustling centre of town experience with everything on the doorstep from restaurants, to a Spar next door! Thank you Chamonix Holidays.

French alps vaca

This is a great little apartment in the perfect location within the town. You can walk anywhere within 4 miles of apartment. The apartment has everything you need to accommodate home meals, washer, etc. There are some drawbacks. The apartment is directly over an English pub and it is extremely loud at night. The patrons party into early morning hours 4-5 am. It makes it very difficult to get a good night sleep. This goes on every night and the noise is so loud that you can hear in the bedrooms as if you are sitting in the pub.

Très bien mais bruyant la nuit

Super appart, très bon emplacement, par contre, si vous souhaitez passer des vacances au calme, mieux vaut aller ailleurs. Le pub au rez de chaussée diffuse de la musique dans la rue tous les soirs jusqu'à 1h30... C'est beaucoup trop bruyant.

Perfect location and hosts

This flat is perfectly located between the 2 main areas of Chamonix and on the main drag of shops and restaurants with a great people-watching balcony. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodated an early check-in and late check-out. 2 bedrooms, fast wi-fi, coffee machine, and TV's made it perfect to help make our dreams come true.

Super appartement, très fonctionnel. Parfait pour une famille de 4. Bien décoré, idéalement situé, bien équipé. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir. Seul bémol: la chaudière est bruyante (sifflements réguliers), donc pensez à vos boules quies pour la nuit !

Confortable et bien décoré. Juste pour trouver le parking, les explications données sont peu claires. Il s’agit du parking de l’Hotel des Grandes Alpes. Pour y accéder une fois que vous aurez récupéré la télécommande qui est avec le jeu de clefs, il faut prendre le chemin Rene Payot (attention il y a une rue du même nom mais pas au même endroit). Le chemin croise la rue du Lyret au niveau du numéro 171. Voilà j avais dit à l’hôtesse qui est plus à l aise en anglais qu’en français, et qui est très sympa, que je ferai des explications ! Juste pour trouver le parking, les explications données sont peu claires

Good location for centre of chamonix. Very comfortable beds and warm homely environment. Well stocked and modern kitchen The boiler does not supply enough hot water for a family of four.would recommend swapping bath for proper shower.The supplied shower hot is not fit for a stand up shower.

Beautiful and clean apartment right in the centre!

The apartment was so bright and clean, the staff were great and the location was perfect. We loved Chamonix, and it was so easy to make the most of our time being right in the centre. No no negative reviews on this end. We can't wait to come back.

Appartement très bien placé et confortable

L'appartement est très bien placé, est très propre. Nous avons trouvé des problèmes avec la télé et un sifflement du chauffe eau, ils ont envoyé quelqu'un pour régler les problèmes le jour-même. C'était un peu bruyant, je ne le recommanderais pas à ceux qui cherchent un séjour tranquilles.
