Independent house of approx. 80, built from the renovation of a farmhouse, on two floors, completely in stone, with wooden ceilings, composed of entrance with kitchenette, living area and upstairs two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower.
Large terrace with parasol, table with chairs and BBQ. Equipped with satellite TV system, central heating and private entrance.
In the same building, but not communicating from the inside, it is possible to book a further room with an independent entrance and a private bathroom, for another 2 guests.
Outside there is ample space for exclusive use with umbrella, table, chairs and BBQ. Equipped with satellite TV system, central heating and private entrance. Indoor parking, reserved.
Poppiena is a charming rural village built on a Camaldolese monastery, on the borders of the Camaldolesi National Park, Monte Falterona and Campigna.
Composed of four charming houses, renovated with love and care, in full respect of its origins, it opens in a dominant position, with a striking view of the Casentino valley just in front of the castle of Romena.
The farm has a swimming pool (8 x 14 meters) equipped with all comforts and is available from 01/05 to 30/9. And in a sunny position from which one can enjoy one of the most evocative glimpses of the Casentino valley.

Super schöne Lage und Aussicht. Wer hier Ruhe sucht wird sie finden. Unser Haus Abete war urig gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Obwohl noch weitere Gäste anwesend waren hatte jeder seine Privatsphäre. Pool sauber und ausreichend. Unsere Kinder hatten Spaß. Wir hätten uns gefreut wenn auch unser Haus Fliegengitter gehabt hätte. Es war sehr warm und wir könnten nachts leider nicht lüften ohne dass kleine Tierchen zu Besuch in die Wohnung kamen. Mit der lieben Gastgeberin hat die Kommunikation über WhatsApp und Übersetzer einwandfrei funktioniert.

Weitblick, Ruhe, Entspannung

Wir waren als Familie mit 10-jähriger, 18-jähriger umd Hund unterwegs. Unser Zuhause auf Zeit war das Abete-Haus. Mit der Ankunft begann die perfekte Mischung aus Verfügbarkeit der Gastgeberin Maria und professioneller Distanz. Wir hatten für die wenigen Fragen stets Maria in Reichweite und ansonsten den Platz für uns. Das geräumige, traditionell eingerichtete Haus bietet für unsere Wünsche alle Annehmlichkeiten und Ausstattungsmerkmale, um eine wunderbar entspannte Woche zu verbringen. Es war ausgesprochen heiß in unserer Urlaubswoche, doch die Räume blieben kalt und der Pool cool.. Liegen, große Sonnenschirme, kühle Duschen und unerwartet kühles Wasser machten den Poolgang zum mehrmaligen täglichen Vergnügen. Die anderen Besucher der Anlage hatten wie wir genügend Platz und keine ärgerlichen Handtuchreservierungen waren erforderlich. Die Gegend ist etwas abseits des touristischen Trubels und der Hot-Spots. Arezzo zu erreichen dauerte etwa 60min. Florenz etwa 400 Kurven... Die Nähe mit Poppiena, Stia, Pratovecchio srlbst hält einige Überraschungen parat, wenn man die Augen offen hat. Wer Landschaft, Wälder und Berge mag, hat hier eine Unterkunft mittendrin. Wir kommen wieder...

Wir haben hier zwei wunderschöne Wochen verbracht. Sowohl direkt im haus als auch mit Tagesausflügen nach Florenz, siena Pisa etc. Die Ferienhäuser sind sehr schön, und der Pool ist genial, groß genug um richtig zu schwimmen und perfekt in Schuss gehalten. Und Maria die Gastgeberin war ausnehmend freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus liegt wunderschön leicht abseits von der Kleinstadt. Man genießt eine tolle Aussicht über die Hügellandschaft mit Weinbergen und Olivenhainen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Maria empfangen, die eine überaus sympathische und gute Gastgeberin ist. Das Haus selbst ist geräumig auf 2 Etagen verteilt. In der unteren Etage befindet sich eine kleine Küche mit großem Essbereich. Des Weiteren ein Wohnzimmer. In der oberen Etage befinden sich zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer und das Bad. Vor dem Haus ist eine höhergelegene Terasse und ein Grillbereich. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Un séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables à Pratovecchio. La maison est simple mais décorée dans le style toscan et nous y étions très bien. La literie des 2 chambres était très confortable, la salle de douche bien équipée et les serviettes changées à la demande. La piscine était très agréable avec suffisamment de transats et parasols pour tout le monde et un grand espace de jeux à côté qui fait le bonheur des enfants ! Dans le village il y avait tous les commerces avec des produits locaux excellents et très raisonnables. Merci encore à Maria pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité 😀 Grazzie mille Maria ! En résumé je recommande cette location authentique et reposante

Tolle Unterbringung - jederzeit wieder

Wir sind mit Familie angereist und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit vor Ort - die Woche war viel zu schnell um. Maria hat uns sehr freundlich aufgenommen und uns sogar mit einem Kuchen versorgt (sehr lecker!). Der Pool ist super gepflegt und der kleine Fußballplatz hat es unseren Kindern angetan. In Pratovecchio und Umgebung gibt es viel zu sehen und es gibt auch sehr gute Restaurants, die wir empfehlen würden: 4 Cantoni (ehrliche gute italienische Küche - und preiswert, sehr kinderfreundlich) und Toskana Twist (Abendessen nur freitags - sonst mittags, ganz herrliche Weine, enorm nette Inhaber, die einen hervorragenden Service bieten). Unsere Empfehlung: Einfach ausprobieren.

Wunderschöner Trip in die Toskana

Malerisches kleines Bauerngehöft mit 5 Appartements bzw. Häusern. Es liegt am Rand von Pratovecchio an einem Berghang, so dass man vom Pool (wie man auf den Fotos sehen kann) einen wunderschönen Blick über Pratovecchio und das Casantinotal hat. Überhaupt ist die Anlage sehr gepflegt und die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die rustikalen Gebäude bieten ein tolles Ambiente. Die Gegend mit dem Nationalpark ist gut geeignet zum Wandern und Radfahren. Ideal für einen ruhigen erholsamen Urlaub außerhalb der Touristenzentren. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt!!!
