For shared use: swimming pool (9 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 30.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 300 m long narrow motor access. Width of access road: 230 cm. Parking on the premises. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 2.5 km, railway station "Figline Valdarno" 10 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

The most beautiful home kitted out with everything you need to fully relax and settle in for a few days. Immaculate with cleanliness and beautiful host who lives on the property but keeps to himself. We willDefinitely be back with more family & friends and have this as a regular holiday location!

Wir haben uns in der großzügigen im Toskanastil eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden. Terrasse mit Blick in den schönen Garten.

Die Ferienwohnung ist im typischen alten Stil. Dennoch ist sie sehr gemütlich und der Ausblick von der Terasse ist wundervoll. Eine Grundausstattung ist in der Küche ebenfalls vorhanden, sodass man nur einkaufen gehen muss. Das nahegelegene Dorf bietet einem dazu alle Möglichkeiten.
