In the hamlet Borgo La Cella 2 km from the centre of Pian di Scò, 45 km from the centre of Firenze, 45 km from the centre of Arezzo, in an elevated position on a slope. For shared use: swimming pool (9 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 30.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 300 m long narrow motor access. Width of access road: 230 cm. Parking on the premises. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 2.5 km, railway station "Figline Valdarno" 10 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
3-room semi-detached house 90 m2 on 1st floor. Rustic and cosy furnishings: upper floor: living/dining room with TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm). Small kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with small dining table, open-hearth fireplace. Bathroom, sep. Die Ferienwohnung ist im typischen alten Stil. Dennoch ist sie sehr gemütlich und der Ausblick von der Terasse ist wundervoll. Eine Grundausstattung ist in der Küche ebenfalls vorhanden, sodass man nur einkaufen gehen muss. Das nahegelegene Dorf bietet einem dazu alle Möglichkeiten.
