Amazing- beautiful huge home with a great kitchen for cooking and a large dining. Room for enjoying meals together. It is close to everything- the beach, the upper city and the shops- including the markets. We loved it and Severine was super helpful with everything. Would absolutely come back here if travelling with a large group. Close to Mont St Michel and loads of other wonderful beaches.

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in Granville im tollen Haus von Séverine verbracht. Das Haus ist noch schöner als es die Fotos vermuten lassen und es fehlt an nichts. Die Vermieterin war stets erreichbar und hatte immer einen guten Tipp oder eine Lösung für uns parat.

A fabulous house in a quaint seaside city in Normandy

We were looking for a central location from which to explore Normandy. Granville, a charming seaside town centrally located, was perfect. More perfect was the elegant and historical 17th century ship captain’s house in the center of the historic city. It was divine. A spacious living room, modern kitchen, large dining room and a beautiful private courtyard were complemented by spacious bedrooms and beautifully designed modern bathrooms. Our only regret: there were just two of us. We wish we could have had our family or friends with us. The house was even more beautiful than the photographs. The owner was attentive and gracious. We felt right at home. It may be our best VRBO stay ever and we stay at VRBOs all across the U.S. and the world.

5 day family break in the centre of Granville. Beautiful property, superbly equipped, great location and an exceptionally attentive host. Severine was wonderful and so helpful, made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Normandy at its best

Granville is a lively city...something is always on offer: markets, festivals, music.. Nice beaches to walk along and swim. Nice restaurants.. And the house war simply terrific!

Stilvolles großes Ferienhaus mit tollem Innenhof im Zentrum von Granville

Wir haben im August als Familie eine tolle Urlaubswoche hier verbracht. Das Haus liegt im Zentrum von Granville. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zum Strand und zum Hafen läuft man jeweils 2 Minuten. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es kostenfreie Parkplätze. Toll ist der große Innenhof, durch den man vor dem lebhaften Stadtleben geschützt ist. Das Haus ist sehr groß, die Einrichtung sehr stilvoll. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt auch bereits vor der Anreise mit der Besitzerin Severine war sehr nett und herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein Zuhause in der Ferne

Wir hatten traumhafte Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus und der charmanten Hafenstadt Granville. Was die Unterkunft betrifft, können wir uns den positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Es war alles perfekt, trotz Hitze war es angenehm kühl im Haus, ob Betten, Couch oder Stühle, alles super bequem. Ruhige Nächte, obwohl sich das Haus mitten in der Stadt befindet. Im Innenhof haben wir uns gerne aufgehalten und haben die Möwen beobachtet. Wir hätten überhaupt keine Idee, was zu verbessern wäre. Die Lage ist einzigartig, Strand, Hafen, Restaurants, Bäcker, Metzger, alles um die Ecke und viele weitere kleine urige Läden. Wir gehen normalerweise nie an den gleichen Ort, aber hier werden wir eine Ausnahme machen. Nochmal herzlichen Dank an Severine. Au plaisir de vous revoir bientôt.

Un petit coin de tranquillité en plein centre de Granville

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique dans cette maison idéalement située en centre-ville. La proximité de la plage était un vrai plus, nous permettant de profiter de la mer en seulement quelques minutes de marche. La maison est parfaitement équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable : cuisine moderne, literie de qualité, et même des petits détails comme des jeux de société et des livres qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le coin cheminée est un vrai plus ! Les commerces et restaurants à proximité ont été très pratiques, nous permettant de découvrir la gastronomie locale sans avoir à prendre la voiture. Le quartier est vivant mais la maison reste très calme, ce qui a été parfait pour des nuits reposantes. Séverine a été très accueillante et disponible pour répondre à nos questions, ce qui a vraiment facilité notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et espérons revenir bientôt !

C'est une maison pleine d'atouts, avec de beaux espaces, 3 sanitaires, une cuisine très bien équipée et une cour pleine de charme. Nous nous sommes sentis immédiatement chez nous et la communication avec Séverine était au top. La proximité du port, de la plage et des commerces tout en étant au calme est exceptionnelle. Nous y retournerons certainement.

Séjour à Granville

Nous avons réservé cette maison pour découvrir Granville et ses environs. Bien que la météo fût plus que mitigée, nous avons passé un super séjour, grâce notamment à la qualité de l'hébergement. Superbe maison ancienne restaurée avec beaucoup de goût et comprenant de nombreux équipements fonctionnels, que l'on ne retrouve pas toujours dans les locations.
