Flat has everything we needed and is in great location. It has new upgraded shower since our last stay. Must be one of the best appartments in Granville.

Lovely apartment and fantastic view

Lovely apartment on the habour in the centre of the town. Great to be able to sit on the balcony and to be close to everything to explore the town and coast on foot or the region by car.

Perfect place to stay in Granville,right on the port. Wonderfully appointed and spacious. Parking just a few paces from the door. Madame Giroult greeted us on arrival & explained all we needed to know. A wonderful holiday

Great Location

Great apartment by the harbor. There are so many nice things to say about this apartment. The building has an elevator. When you open the door you see a bright, nicely furnished apartment, with a great view of the harbor. The harbor facing wall is all glass French doors with a balcony outside. The couch is very comfortable and the television is huge. The kitchen is well equipped, with high-end appliances, and Tefal cookware. The bathroom and master bedroom are also very nice and comfortable. We loved it here and would definitely stay again.

Très bel appartement confortable et fonctionnel

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans l’appartement où nous avons été bien accueillisL’appartement est très bien équipé et fonctionnel, et on ne se lasse pas de la vue sur le port et des activités des bateaux de pêche. L’appartement est très bien situé, à proximité de tout (commerces, plages, centre, etc). L’accès au bateau pour les îles Chausey se trouve juste en face de l’appartement

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Granville. Das Appartement ist genauso wie beschrieben. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber, sehr gute und große Betten. Alles war ausreichend vorhanden. Ankommen und sofort wohlfühlen!

Tolles Apartment in wunderbarer Umgebung

Ein Familienurlaub, wie er schöner nicht hätte sein können - auch dank des tollen Apartments, das tatsächlich keinerlei Wünsche offengelassen hat. Eine so gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit wirklich allem, was man meint zu benötigen, hatten wir noch nie! Der Blick auf den Fischereihafen bietet stets Neues und Interessantes. Parken ist kein Problem und kostenlos. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gegen Entgelt zur Verfügung gestellt. Alles war tiptop sauber und ordentlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

Graag in de online info de nu verborgen bijkomende kosten vermelden: 20 euro voor lakens en 50 euro voor eindschoonmaak. Die werden cash voldaan bovenop de som betaald aan VRBO.

Fabelhafte Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Am Anreisetag wurden wir herzlich empfangen und in alle Funktionen der Geräte eingeführt. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und hat eine tolle Lage am Hafen. Da die Schlafzimmer nach hinten heraus liegen, bekommt man vom geschäftigen Treiben am Hafen nichts mit. In der näheren Umgebung ist auch alles zu finden, was man so zum Leben benötigt - Supermarkt, Bäcker... und verschiedenste Gaststätten. U.a. die Gaststätte unter der Wohnung war sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben hier zum erstem Mal Muscheln gegessen und waren echt begeitert davon.

Sehr komfortables Apartment mit tollem Ausblick

Das Apartment hatte eine angenehme Größe mit großer Fensterfront und Balkon (für 2 Personen) mit Ausblick auf den Hafen. Insgesamt war die Ausstattung sehr hochwertig mit vielen kleinen Details, auch die Schlafzimmer waren farblich perfekt abgestimmt und es gab einen großen Kleiderschrank und Innen- sowie Außenrollos. In der Küche fehlte nichts, es gab von allem eine große Auswahl. Besonders angenehm fanden wir die Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern, sodass man nachts mit offenen Fenstern schlafen konnte. Wir wurden persönlich von der Vermieterin empfangen und verabschiedet. Der Kontakt war sehr nett, obwohl wir nur wenig Französisch konnten und die Vermieterin weder Englisch noch Deutsch konnte. Was wir nicht gut fanden war, dass uns bei der Ankunft mitgeteilt wurde, dass wir für Bettwäsche und Endreinigung noch einmal zusätzlich 90 Euro zahlen sollten. Dies wurde über die App vorher nicht mitgeteilt und wir hatten dann keine andere Möglichkeit. Auch waren im Apartment für 4 Personen nur 2 Duschhandtücher und keinerlei weitere Handtücher vorhanden, sodass wir unsere Strandtücher benutzen mussten. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Aussicht genossen und wir waren schnell vom Apartment aus am Hafen, im Supermarkt, in der Einkaufsstraße und oben in der schönen Haute-Ville, wo man abseits vom Trubel in Ruhe auf einem gemütlichen Platz im Café sitzen konnte.

Tolle Wohnung

komplett ausgestattete Wohnung in toller Lage. Hier ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Madame Giroult ( Sr & Jr) geben sich viel Mühe die Wohnung genau zu erklären. Es sind auch einige deutschsprachige Programme zu empfangen. Ein gutes Fischrestaurant ist direkt darunter, wovon man aber so gut wie nichts mitbekommt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
