SĂ©jour en famille trĂšs agrĂ©able dans cette location bien achalandĂ©e pour 5 personnes. SituĂ©e Ă  environ 2km du centre-ville de Damgan, elle est au calme et directement sur le front de mer, ce qui offre de belles possibilitĂ©s de balades. TrÚs bon séjour dans une résidence en bord d'océan (juste la route à traverser), à mi-chemin entre centre de Damgan et village de Pénerf. Voie cyclable et piétonne entre les deux.

L'appartement est bien situé, mais beaucoup d'humidité ( + odeurs de moisissure) , TV qui ne fonctionne pas sur beaucoup de chaines, chambre enfant qui est plutÎt une alcÎve (juste la place de passer entre mur et lits superposés), vaisselle un peu juste et dépareillée pour 5 ou 6 personnes. Pas top

Appartement qui mérite des améliorations

Salon spacieux et lumineux (mais chambre avec lits superposĂ©s trĂšs petite). Certains dĂ©tails ne sont pas prĂ©cisĂ©s sur l'annonce : pas de wifi et pas de connexion avec les smartphones non plus, ce qui pose problĂšme mĂȘme en vacances. Pas de lave-vaisselle. L'Ă©tendoir est inutilisable (cassĂ© et rouillĂ©), nous sommes donc repartis avec des valises pleines de linge sale... C'est dommage car l'environnement est trĂšs agrĂ©able avec la plage toute proche et la possibilitĂ© de se promener le long du front de mer.

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour dans cette location et le beau temps était au rendez vous. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut et la localisation face à la plage a beaucoup plu aux petits comme aux grands. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

SĂ©jour parfait en bord de mer

Nous avons passĂ© une trĂšs bonne semaine en famille (3 enfants dont 1 bĂ©bĂ© ) dans l’appartement. IdĂ©alement situĂ© au bord de la plage, il suffit de traverser la route pour faire des balades Ă  pieds d’un cĂŽtĂ© ou de l’autre de la cĂŽte et de la grande plage. Les enfants ont adorĂ© y faire des chĂąteaux et ramasser des coquillages. Le grand salon laisse assez de place pour tout le monde, c’est vraiment agrĂ©able. Les 2 canapĂ©s sont un plus. Il est possible de mettre un lit parapluie dans la chambre des parents. La vue sur le jardin est reposante et agrĂ©able. La cuisine est parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e pour faire Ă  manger pour une famille de 5. Nous n’avons pas profitĂ© de la terrasse, mais en Ă©tĂ©, cela doit ĂȘtre top. TrĂšs propre, les couettes et oreillers Ă©taient impeccables. La peinture a Ă©tĂ© refaite rĂ©cemment, ce qui fait que l’on a l’impression d’ĂȘtre dans un appartement neuf. La communication avec la propriĂ©taire est trĂšs facile. Bref, que du positif, je recommande vivement. Seul bĂ©mol, il est indiquĂ© sĂšche linge sur l’annonce, mais il n’y en a pas.
