Our beautiful newly renovated home is a perfect base to explore the wonderful Mornington Peninsula at any time of year. In a quiet location only a short walk 100m from the ‘Tyrone Foreshore’ and the Blairgowrie shopping precinct is the comfortably restored beach house. The open plan living area allows outside dining alfresco with BBQ and large dining table, perfect for families or small group getaways.

This is an excellent place to stay in Rye. The property was very clean, very well equipped everywhere. We had excellent communication with the host. All the bedrooms were very comfortable, as was the main room and outside. The air conditioner and heating worked very well. The beach was less than 5 minutes. And shopping close by. We would definitely like to stay there again when we return.

Fabulous! Great location and perfect house.Everything about our trip was lovely, such a clean and comfortable stay. The house was just what we needed after 10 days in Sydney and Melbourne. We had my husband and me and our 3 teens and there was plenty of space for everyone. Just a few minutes to the beach and a reasonable 45 min walk to the shops and restaurants of Rye. Daryl was super friendly and the chocs and bubbly a lovely welcome!

Weekend getaway

Fantastic location. Such as easy walk to the beach, to enjoy the sunshine. The home was light, bright and cosy. Had a beautiful atmosphere, inside meeting outside entertaining area with large sliding doors. All beds were super comfortable. Everyone impressed with 3 bathrooms well appointed kitchen with quality kitchenware. We would definitely book again!

Great Getaway

What a lovely place with plenty of space for the whole family and more. The recently renovated house has everything you could need to an enjoyable holiday. A great location and such a short walk to the beach makes for not needing to fight for a parking spot on the foreshore. An enjoyable visit and holiday was had.

Nice house in a good location - 5 mins drive to shops and cafe, beach is just 5 mins walk away. There are plenty of living space (both indoor and outdoor) for the 7 of us.We felt that the rooms were a bit cold when we checked in as there're no air-conditioning nor heating in the rooms but then the reverse cycle aircond in the living area did a good job to warm up the whole house.Easy communication with Daryl and thank you for the welcome prosecco and chocolate!

Perfect beachside getaway!

We had a fantastic beachside weekend away with family at Daintree @ Rye. The house was perfectly located, making it so easy to stroll down to the beach and then come back to relax even more. The property was exactly as described—and more!We especially loved sitting out on the patio, enjoying the sea breeze and the peaceful surroundings. Fantastic property close to the beach

7 members of our family stayed at the 'Daintree' property for a couple of nights. The property was beautifully maintained. There was ample space for us all, and it was a short walk to the beach. The owner left us a lovely welcome card and bottle of lemoncello and chocolates in the fridge on arrival. I would highly recommend this property. Hosts were lovely, friendly and easy to deal with.

From the start to the end, our experience was excellent! The accommodation was event better then we expected. It has a modern and relaxed feel, and was very spacious and comfortable for our needs. Our host Daryl was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating and supportive. We knew the location would be great and we benefited by taking walks close by to the beach and to town. We highly recommend this accommodation and would love to book it again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rye. The house was fully equipped, great kitchen, modern and comfortable. Very close to the bay beach. In between two sets of shops, a good walk or a short drive. The host was an excellent communicator and very helpfu. Wonderful family home
