Private house sleeps 9 in a fully fenced property ideal for family getaways or friends trips in a peaceful location.
Master bed with walk in robs and an en suit. Second queen bed and bunk room that’s sleeps 4. Forth single bedroom. Linen provided it bathroom towels are not, please bring your own.
Magnificent kitchen, super comfy lounge, amazing deck with a fire pit and bbq, game room with a pool/ table tennis table in the garage, basketball hoop and more to entertain guest big and small.

We had a wonderful stay in Rye and couldn’t fault the place. The house was spotless, very comfortable, and had excellent amenities — everything we needed for a relaxing break.The location is fantastic and made getting around really easy, whether you’re a family with kids or a group of friends. The host was great to deal with, very responsive and flexible, and check-in was simple and stress-free. We also really appreciated the starter supplies, which was a thoughtful touch.Overall, a great spot for a weekend getaway. We’d happily stay again and would definitely recommend it.

What a great place to stay!! Had everything you needed and more. So comfy and relaxing. Needed to bring towels and top sheets for the beds but I didn’t feel that was a problem at all

The place was beyond fantastic and suited our large group of 9 perfectly. The host was understanding and kind regarding our group size (no other accommodation would accept a group of this size), ensuring our satisfaction and comfort throughout the stay. I would 100% recommend staying here!!!

Great property, really stunning and perfect for a getaway! We had a few issues with supplies (not enough dishwasher tabs, no salt, no hand towels, only one tea towel, no shower gel in one shower) which made the stay a little less convenient, but overall our stay was very comfortable.

Friends stay

We expected to sleep 4 but the last room was more for a child than an adult and we did not expect that. The fly nets were in need of replacement in the main living area other than that it was terrific
