Villa full foot of 130 m 2 offering every comfort for up to 6 people.

The house is located at Riells de Dalt, L'Escala á roughly 1600 m from the shops and the beach Riells. (Wifi included)

The cleaning of the day of exit is not included in the price of the hiring, it is optional: 90 €. (cash)

Possibility to rent beds linens and towels.

Included in the price are water, electricity and gas.

The air conditioning optional 100 € week.

séjour agréable, maison un peu vieillissante

Nous avons passé un bon moment à l'escala. A noter une météo mitigée pour un début aout, ce qui permettait assez difficilement de profiter de la piscine qui n'est pas chauffée (nous le savions). La maison est un peu vieillissante, avec quelques fissures à signaler. L'agence immo qui a le bien en gestion est top et nous a dépanné rapidement.

Bonjour, merci de votre appréciation. La maison date de 2005 et les fissures c'est normale dans la zone toutes les maisons ont un peu de fissures. C'es fissures n'influent pas dans la solidité de la construction. A la prochaine :)

Comme chaque année, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Pas mal de jolies choses à faire et à découvrir dans la région... La villa est superbe. Dommage tout de même que la penderie dans la chambre parentale est fermée à clé, car ça limite la place... l’agence est vraiment très sympathique, très professionnelle et parle très bien le français. Ce qui facilite la tâche... encore merci à Jordan et Mélissa pour leur accueil et leur professionnalisme..... je les recommande sans hésiter. 😊 bref on ne peut rêver mieux..
