Our stunning panoramic view of the bay and out over the Caribbean sea is situated 1000ft up and is a perfect location to enjoying the sunrise and sunset whilst chilling by the fire with a homemade rum punch.

This unique villa has a spacious 8500sq feet of contemporary indoor and outdoor living space with vaulted high ceilings perfect for hosting private dinner parties to large hospitality events.
The location of the villa is one of the best in Montego Bay where you can also play your favorite tunes as loud and as late as you like without bothering the neighbors.
Come and enjoy our tropical gardens lazing on our hammocks underneath coconut bearing trees or hang out until dark and watch out for that shooting star to fly past.
Or what about plunging into our private pool with our famous mimosa floating breakfast an experience not to be missed.

The villa has 5 elegant en-suite bedrooms all well appointed with balconies that all faceout to sea for that unforgettable sunset experience.

The commercial kitchen is fully equipped with a great view of the pool and out to sea perfect if you are self cater.

There is a laundry room with washer and dryer at your disposal.
An ironing service for personal items is subject to additional charge.

Strong wifi throughout the villa with a large speaker system connected to an iPad to play all your favorite Bob Marley tunes round the pool.

The villa comes with a butler who takes care of security, making the fire and light household duties.


The chef service is $120 per meal per group.
Groceries not included.
We can also pre-stock for your arrival ( purchase food & drink ) a 10% charge will be added to your bill for this service.

We also recommend our villa driver fully insured for your airport transfers to day tours to all the local hot spots an additional charge is added for these services.

Cost for the driver can very we can give you the drivers number after booking for an exact price for your trip.
Alternatly hire the bus and driver per day @ $300.00
We also provide a concierge service with all the best recommendations on the island from restaurants, beaches and things to do and see.

We also offer party / event management service to make your special day run smoothly.

The Perfect Jamaican Tranquil Getaway

-perfect host (super accommodating) -chef Mikael is THE best, food is SUPER TASTY -beautiful mountain view of the ocean -really comfortable beds, high end linens -decks off of bedrooms are tranquil -showers are divine -15 minute ride to Doctors Cave Beach I’ll ALWAYS come back here to enjoy this hidden gem in paradise!

We loved the location - view was awesome! Some minor repairs needed: Door handles in a few rooms Plumbing in the master bathroom was broken Bathrooms need to be enclosed The chef was amazing the food was very welll prepared It would have been nice to have a liter of fresh drinking water in the kitchen on arrival due to distance from markets and shops Property manager and the chef were very hospitable

Our stay at the Waterfield Villa was nothing short of AMAZING! Andre (who we nicknamed SUPERMAN), went above and beyond for us. He made our stay feel like a home away from home. He attended to our needs, he provided us with great suggestions for our daily activities. He provided great tips on how to stay safe. Also he treated us like FAMILY!

Perfect vacation

Everything was top notch at this property from the moment we arrived at the airport and had the driver waiting to pick us up. The property owner met us at the home for a welcome tour and introduction to the house manager, Andre. Andre took care of every detail at the house, even lighting the fire each evening after dinner and adding logs throughout the night. He recommended a beach trip to Negril and arranged all the details for us to have a great day at a beachfront partner hotel property. We utilized the on site chef service and had wonderful meals every night. Truly a perfect vacation.

Great property, host is easy to work with. He gave us late check due to late flights. House and view were impossible to beat. Felt safe, calvin, the house majordomo locked up every night (not that he probably needed to), and took very good care of us. Chef was great, good cook and fun to be around. Not related to the villa but the tranport service was not timely and appeared driver was getting kick backs any time we stopped. Id recommend asking for the grocery store rather than "can we stop for beer" otherwise you're paying tourist prices.

Montego Bay’s best kept secret..

I booked Waterfield villa for a family vacation and it was one of the best places we’ve rented. James and De are lovely hosts and care for the place with utmost love, it totally shows. The views of Montego Bay from the property are spectacular, the decor very elegant and minimalist. The rooms were clean and each of them came with a beautiful view that’s so perfect to wake up to. James connected us with the best driver to take us around, had great recommendations on things to do and even helped with booking places and activities we did in Negril and Montego Bay. The food was delicious and we enjoyed every meal, even the little picky eaters enjoyed their meals. Andre took great care of our every need and was very knowledgeable of the area. The pool area was the favorite hangout for our party, you could spend a few days just enjoying family time on the property. It was truly a pleasure staying at waterfield villa. This place offers lots of privacy and felt extremely safe too. We are definitely coming back next year!

Waterfield Villa

This is a beautiful property. Accommodations are very good. Bedrooms, living space and pool area are well-appointed and comfortable. Bedrooms are airconditioned if you require. Views are unbeatable. Landscaping is well-maintained, tropical and inviting. The property manager, Sean, was outstanding. We had 3 meals prepared by chef Michael. They were excellent and he went out of his way to accommodate the kids with varied tastes. The kitchen is a somewhat outdated service kitchen, so preparing meals was a bit of a challenge but we made it work. The road up was a bit of a nightmare. Hopefully it will get better. we went up at night and I would strongly encouraged visitors to arrive during daylight. DO NOT turn left anywhere on the way up from the main road. James was responsive and informative. The villa is not stocked with many staples so stop by the Megamart before you go up. As noted in previous reviews, there are some minor maintenance issues, so if you are looking for five-star resort experience, maybe not for you. But if you want a beautiful, comfortable, nicely maintained and very enjoyable property, this is hard to beat.

Beautiful House, horrible staff

Pros: Stunningly beautiful villa/views. Chef Mickel is amazing. Omar is also amazing. JA has a dispensary! Cons: Kenroy, VIP Getaway Tours driver, will overcharge for any and everything he can. He was late picking us up from the airport and EVERYTHING else the entire trip. Never an apology or discount for perpetual tardiness. Quoted one price for a Negril boat excursion with amenities but when it changed to Montego Bay, the price was the same but the amenities were not – and was shortened from four to two hours because he picked us up late. He kept 1 of the 2 bottles of bubbly we didn’t drink advising “you’re supposed to pop that while you’re on the boat”. If the driver wasn’t robbing us, House Mgr Andre was. By day two, pouring his own drinks from our duty free bottles. Removed the liquor, so he drank the beer. Packed plenty for himself every meal. Went shopping for us with a list and $350 (8/6) – on (8/7) while shopping for birthday items, we spent $350 more which included food for dinner THAT NIGHT. The next morning (8/8), they said we needed spices and onions for dinner THAT NIGHT. We refused to go/they figured it out. We swept the floor, washed towels twice, cleared dishes from the table most meals and dirty dishes were often stacked in the sink until the next day. The Owner James checked on us every other day. He's great! I was so frustrated by day 3, I couldn't give him the necessary feedback bc I felt like we were being robbed by Andre and Ken.
