Ideally located at Port Elliot on the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula in SA, Port Elliot Beach House has Knights & Boomer Beaches 100m away and famous Horseshoe Bay just over 300m east. Sea and Bluff views from upstairs balcony and living areas. Everything is within easy walking distance - beaches, great cafes and hotels. At the right time of year you'll be amazed at the number of Southern Right Whales that turn up - they think it's a great place to holiday and they should know!

Life's Luxuries

Just 12 years old and custom built over two levels with 5 spacious bedrooms all made up with Bed & bath Linen - 1 KS / 4 QS beds + 1 x single in 5th Bedroom + trundle, sleeping 12 in beds. 2 very separate full-size living areas equipped with HDTV & HD BluRay DVDs & collection, everyone will have a fabulous holiday! Children & Teens can enjoy their own space, downstairs while others can relax upstairs and take in the sea views to the Bluff at Victor Harbor. With plenty of room and two full-size bathrooms (one with huge bath) enjoy life's simple luxuries after a day at the beach soaking up the sun and surf or dining in one of the many cafes and hotels, including the renowned Flying Fish Cafe just a stone's throw away!
All beds with doonas and linen are made up for your convenience -there is nothing to bring except personal effects and clothing!

The Great Outdoors

Everyone knows Horseshoe Bay, so grab your towels and head for the beach as both the Bay and Knights Beach are just a stroll from the Beach House. Some may choose to simply enjoy the sea views from the balcony, cycle or walk the trails in the area. A hit of tennis at one of 6 courts adjacent to the property will appeal to those with extra energy - players bring your racquets! When the sun goes down, leave the car behind and stroll down to the local Hotels and cafes - the only limits are just how much to do and see whilst holidaying at Port Elliot Beach House!

OWe had a wonderful time! Ideal location and amazingly comfy beds, pillow and bedding. Disappointed that we could only see half the view as the windows were not clean. Could have done with some small shampoo, shower gel and extra TP too. Definitely be back! Thanks Robyn.

Wonderful location

We were a family of 6 adults and 4 children. The house was large enough for all of us comfortably. Well appointed. Location was fantastic. Would stay again.

Amazing holiday house, will be back!

I booked this two night getaway for myself and friends, sisters for a 40th getaway celebration. Could not have been more impressed with the presentation and location of the home. 5 -10 people, plenty of room. 100 m to the beach an walking paths.

Great stay, amazing host

Lovely house within walking distance of Port Elliott’s quirky and interesting shops and cafes and hotels. Walk down to the beach or along the coastline and see the best sunsets. The house has everything you will need and is extremely comfortable, the two levels are great if staying with teens. Robyn is an amazing, gracious host who really cares about your stay in her beautiful home. Will definitely be returning, thanks Robyn ❤️

Overall it was good

The property was clean and well presented. However there were a few issues that could be improved upon. For a house that sleeps up to 12 people, the hot water system coped with half this amount of people taking 2 -3 minute showers ….We were informed there were plungers and espresso machines for coffee…. What was available would have been adequate for a… but nowhere near the requirements for a family. And 1 roll of toilet paper for 7 people for 3 nights seemed a bit ridiculous. Overall it was a pleasant stay but a few of these things… particularly the hot water… would have made for a much more pleasant stay.

Port Elliot's finest

Robyn the host was extremely helpful and accommodating. She was quick to respond to any queries and requests. Robyn approved an early check in and late check out which was very helpful a generous gesture. The property itself is clean, spacious and has beautiful views.The beds are soft and comfy and there were plenty of blankets. It is conveniently located close to the beach and all the amenities. Perfect for a family celebration as significant as a 70th birthday. Something that we did notice is that the bathroom sink is missing a built-in plug section so if you were to drop something, it would have been lost. But otherwise a lovely experience and perfect for our family celebration. Thanks Robyn.

We built this property for us and like minded holiday makers after years of renting the wrong beach house! We wanted room, airy space and lots of natural sunshine light! Plus room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the holiday - including us. Why Port Elliot - we travel the world a lot and this would have to be one of the best beach holiday hubs in Australia and around the globe - we still love it as much and every time we go there we come home having had a wonderful time - even the coldest of winters are marvellous if rugged up!

The proximity to the beaches, walk to all the great cafes, walk the coastal path and its never too busy. It is quietly located on a corner just far enough away from Horseshoe Bay not to have parking issues in peak season! Cool in summer with lots of glass and warm in winter sunshine!
