Avslappnad boende vid stranden med kök / matsal / vardagsrum i trädtopparna för att fånga den vackra utsikten mot norr mot Sorrento och Port Phillip Bay. Alla 4 sovrum och en andra lounge är på bottenvåningen. Det stora sovrummet har eget badrum och ligger i en separat vinge från de andra 3 sovrummen. Ett andra badrum är på bottenvåningen nära de 3 sovrummen och det finns också ett pulverrum på övre plan.

Underhålla i stil
Ett stort välkomnande matbord sätter 8-10 vuxna bekvämt. Gästerna kommer att märka utsikten vid ankomst, men det är passering av fartyg på kanalen och regattor på Blairgowrie yachtklubb som folk verkligen tycker om under sin vistelse. Den nyligen uppdaterade BBQ, stort kök och underhållande däck är alla på samma nivå som gör underhållande enkelt.

Klimatet styrs med omvänd cykel AC / Uppvärmning i huvudbostaden och AC kylning endast i sovrummet. För en vinter vistelse finns det central kanalvärme. Loungen har LCD-TV och generösa soffor. Den 2: a vardagsrummet har också en TV.

Naturlig miljö
Huset ligger i välskötta trädgårdar med gräsmattor och inhemska Moonah och Ti Trees.

Wonderful house

This is truelly a beautiful home. Everything there except shower soaps, tea and coffee Plenty of space to relax. Easy walk to local shops and beach. We felt safe with security gates. Plenty of parking space. Highly recommend this home

Thank you for the lovely weekend!

I booked for the long weekend to celebrate my 30th birthday with 6 friends. The place was super easy to access and check in. Lovely views of the water and trees from the deck. The kitchen was spacious with a good amount of crockery, as well as some herbs etc. It is a super comfy couch set up and a nice big TV for watching movies together. The beds were super comfy and great to have black out blinds. We all loved staying there and would come again!!

Place was clean and as described - good views and close to beach and shops - comfortable and cozy and would definitely recommend to others.. only gripe would be that it needs a refresh on the outside as some windows were hard to open and one was rotting on the inside... it overall ok

Perfect Peninsula location

Bayorama is perfectly located to enjoy all areas of the peninsula. It is a easy 300m walk to shops and beach. House is suitable for a small group of friends or a large family. House was well appointed and in a quiet, secure location. The hosts were very obliging. Our group of 4 middle aged ladies all agreed that we would certainly rebook Bayorama in the future.

The house was in an ideal location and gave us lovely views of the bay from the upper deck area. The rooms were all generous in size and the decor modern and appropriate for the beach. The cupboards and walk in pantry area were well stocked with all manner of crockery and glassware and basics for meals at the house. Thank you to our hosts for allowing us to stay in their wonderful house.

Fishing Charter getaway

Amazing place. Super convenient in all ways.

Close to shops, beach and everything. The property is an amazing house with all facilities. Furnishings were Comfortable to the core. The balcony was awesome and the equipments more than enough to make us feel at home. We absolutely loved it.
