This waterfront retreat is your gateway to fun, fishing and relaxation on the renowned waters of Moses Lake! Our home is priced uniquely so that you only pay for how many people will be staying as opposed to flat pricing where if you are a party of two you still pay like a party of eight. We make staying here affordable for all stays!
We welcome you to enjoy beautiful sunsets from our families huge deck facing the water. Our home is situated on a one acre piece of land with a private boat cove on the lake just minutes away from a huge ORV park with sand Dunes usually only found at the ocean. The fiber optic network offers internet speeds that are lightning fast! Enjoy the great fishing just feet from this house and water sports galore! within miles of our home is a great water park that kids will love. The kitchen has all of the amenities you could want and more including tableware, cooking utensils, High-end stove & oven, microwave oven, Electric skillet, KitchenAid Mixer, Blender, toaster, dishwasher and a huge Dining table with two leaves. The Dining area contains a 140" powered projection screen, Sound bar and a multimedia Smart projector equipped with Android smart media. You can utilize this projector to Cast your presentation from your laptop,. insert USB media or SD media into the projector, or Bluetooth cast from your smart phone. The living room has a large Couch, a sleeper loveseat and a power reclining home theater chair. A 65" 4K Ultra HD smart TV and 4K Blue Ray DVD player. Three bedrooms, one with bunk beds with full size memory foam on the bottom, twin on top and Full size trundle. The second room is lake facing with a memory foam Queen size bed and a single convertible sleeper chair. Both rooms have 1080p Smart TV's. The main bathroom is full size with tub/shower. The master bedroom has a King size bed, sleeper chair and a private bathroom equipped with a jetted tub and separate shower. This house also has a full size washer and dryer for your added convenience. Enjoy comfort no matter the weather with the central forced air heating and air conditioning. The nearby Highway does cause some noise that is audible on the deck and a loud whisper at one end of the house. To implement our no-contact check-in and also to do the most that we can to protect your vehicles and belongings during your stay we have installed security cameras on the exterior of the house and at the dock area. These cameras have no visibility into any interior part of the home. Any security devices in the house are passive only meaning no audio or video. LAKE WATER IS LOW FOR WINTER AND NOT ACCESSIBLE BY DOCK.

Great venue- lots of space, well equipped kitchen, dog loved playing ball from the deck at night with a glow-in-the-dark ball. The fully fence yard was fantastic. The dock would be good for kayaks and maybe shallow bottom boats but not for deep motor boats or ski boats with pit board motors. Excellent place tho- we would love to come back.

We had a nice, comfortable stay in the Moses Lake house, but it would have been nice if we didnt have to cut & remove reeds, weeds, and grasses just to find the dock. The picture in the listing of the dock was misleading. We brought our kayaks for this specific purpose. Being out onthe water was our favorite part of our vacation.

I lived in many different places due to the nature of my fathers work but always considered Moses Lake my home town and anchor. My Grandparents moved to Moses Lake in 1952 and were well known in the community. From 1956 until 1986 they owned and ran The Greyhound bus depot and family restaurant where most of our family worked as well as myself from the young age of 7. My fondest memories are of my time spent working and playing in Moses Lake. Boating, fishing swimming and playing around at the dunes. Growing up in a family of business owners I feel I have a strong grasp on what is needed for my house guests to have a positive and memorable experience. I have one mantra and that is "Always be improving".

We subscribe to 24/7 security staff to make sure your stay is without any unpleasant incidents. You and your family can rest easy at night knowing that someone is watching out for you.
No surveillance cameras are inside the house or can see inside the house Only motion detectors and security system are present inside. Your temporary neighbors on both sides are great people and the neighborhood is very tight nit and generally family oriented. House is located in an upper class area.
