We’re longtime Florida visitors who fell in love with the relaxed coastal lifestyle of Cocoa Beach. We chose this condo because of its unbeatable location just steps from the ocean and the welcoming, laid-back atmosphere of the community.

We enjoy spending time at the beach, walking along the shore, watching rocket launches from nearby Cape Canaveral, and exploring the great local restaurants and attractions in the area. Our goal as hosts is to share that same experience with our guests.

We want our condo to feel like a comfortable home away from home—whether you’re visiting for a beach vacation, an extended stay, or before or after a cruise from Port Canaveral. We hope you enjoy the beach, the sunshine, and everything Cocoa Beach has to offer as much as we do.

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of peaceful beachfront living and easy access to everything Cocoa Beach has to offer. The complex has private gated access to the beach, so you can walk from the condo to the sand in just a few steps without dealing with crowded public entrances.

The area is quiet and relaxed, making it ideal for morning beach walks, watching rocket launches from nearby Cape Canaveral, and enjoying the ocean breeze from the patio. At the same time, you’re still close to local restaurants, shops, and activities in Cocoa Beach.

Another reason we love this location is its convenience. It’s an easy drive to Orlando’s world-famous attractions and the airport, and it’s very close to Port Canaveral for cruise departures. Guests can enjoy a laid-back beach stay while still having access to some of Florida’s most popular destinations.
