Nice place to stay, we enjoyed the weekend visiting local area attractions. The host is quick to reapond, place was clean. Sofa couch a bit uncomfortable but not bad. We would stay here again.

Cute, clean place. Within walking distance to bars and restaurants. Host was very welcoming with clear instructions for the pool, check in, check out, and gave recommendations on places to visit. Great stay!

This was our second time staying in one of Genna’s units. This time was just as great as the first. I love the location and the units are beautiful and have everything you need. I highly recommend these units and will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful home

This home had everything you need. Very nice decor. Loved the pool. Perfect location near the port terminal. Host was very responsive to questions and gave perfect information needed for our stay. Highly recommend.

Fun in the sun

From the booking to the checkout, this was a wonderful property! I was able to meet Genna, so nice! The property was very well maintained. We had just gotten off of a cruise so the washer/dryer was a blessing! The pool and also being a few blocks from the beach made this a great location! Genna also gives you some restaurant ideas around, of which we tried two, and both great! Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay! We would absolutely stay here again :).

Really nice! Neat place!

We loved the place. Big kitchen, pretty good sized bedrooms and living room. It’s clean and neatly decorated, and it seems newly renovated. It’s 0.3 miles to the beach from house. The street it’s on has beach access, so you can walk if you don’t mind a 5-10 min walk. The beach is nice there and not very crowded. The owner was pleasant to communicate with. I recommend this place for sure.

Easy access to Port Canaveral

Nice quaint house near Port Canaveral. Does not easily sleep 6 as the sleeper sofa is just a futon. Hard for even 2 kids to sleep easily on it.Also, killed 2 cockroaches/Palmetto bugs when we got to the house. I know they are common in Florida, but still not a welcome arrival.

Quick stay before cruise

We booked this place primarily for a place to sleep for 6 people before a cruise. A bit cheaper than 2 hotel rooms. Entry was easy. Place was clean. Convenience store 10 minute walk for snacks. Futon really only suitable for small kids. Not big & comfortable enough for 2 adults. One bedroom was much colder than rest of unit. Couldn’t figure out how to shut off vents for that room so just turned off A/C.
