Sandcastles Unit # 302 appartient fièrement à «Stay In Cocoa Beach», le plus grand propriétaire de locations de vacances de luxe en bord de mer sur la Space Coast!

L'unité 302 est une unité de vue sur l'océan très spacieuse (1 300 pieds carrés) et récemment rénovée, située dans l'une des meilleures destinations de vacances de Cocoa Beach! Sandcastles est situé sur la plage avec des équipements complexes exceptionnels, et offre l'espace, la vie privée et l'emplacement exceptionnel qui feront pour des vacances inoubliables!

Ce condo de plage magnifique et luxueux est parfait pour une escapade à la plage ou pour des vacances en famille. Confortable couchage pour 6 avec tout le confort de votre propre maison, y compris des oreillers frais et des draps et serviettes de haute qualité.

La cuisine entièrement équipée donne sur le concept ouvert et spacieux salle à manger et salon. La chambre principale a un nouveau lit king avec un grand dressing, une salle de bain attenante et une télévision de 55 ". La chambre a 2 lits jumeaux, une armoire et une télévision de 40 ". Le salon a un canapé-lit queen avec une télévision 65 ". Le condo a une salle de lavage avec une taille complète W / D et une armoire remplie d'accessoires de plage pour votre plaisir.

The condo was spacious, light, well equipped for a great vacation. The host was fantastic, responsive, kind! The location is excellent for beaching, watching launches, restaurants all around. We did not use the beautiful pool, it was a bit chilly. The third floor location meant we could walk rather than use the elevator, great for getting in your steps. We were there for a month, I wish we could have stayed longer.

Construction noise from 7am-5pm. Trucks and machinery beeping with backups all day. View on VRBO deceptive with new mega resort next door. Listing did not adequately give notice of ongoing issues to 2027. Would not have rented this unit. Condo was good. Sheets are extremely thing though.
Noisy and view from balcony. Not quiet breakfast or lunch space. North side.

Great Place in Cocoa Beach

The condo was perfect for a family of four. It has been renovated and was extremely clean. We loved the beach, pool and hot tub. Kennedy Space Center and paddle boarding Thousand Islands were great excursions.

Clean and convenient

We had a great stay! The property is right on the beach with a pool. The room came with everything you need for a fun beach day and was clean upon arrival. The location was central to restaurants, shopping and attractions. Thank you for a great family vacation!

Wonderful experience in Cocoa Beach

We had a great time staying at the Sandcastles resort, and enjoyed our first visit to Cocoa Beach. The condo was a little noisy, but the location was great for us, and access to the beach and walkable parts of town was excellent. I appreciate the fantastic service from Zareh and crew. Thanks!

Sandcastles was great. Started and ended with great communication by Dean, then Emma. Two bedroom condo was spacious and well stock with beach items and cooking. Located on a great part of Cocoa Beach. Great place to be during the pandemic. Highly recommended.

Family trip

This place had everything we needed. We stopped at walmart to buy supplies on our way from the airport. I wished we would have came straight there because a lot of essentials are provided already. The property manager Zareh was outstanding. The property was as awesome as advertised. I have nothing but good things to say very pleased and satisfied.

We loved paradise beach club is where we actually stayed because of construction.

We would definitely rent with this company again. We had to move the day before we were to check, but it was handled very easily we had 3 properties to choose from. The one we picked was one we had looked at but it was a little more expensive. We are extremely satisfied!!

Engagement Trip

The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. It is very roomy and clean. The walk to the beach is short. The beach was not crowded. We got to see a day time rocket launch and a night launch. The host answered almost immediately each time I messaged him. He was super friendly and helpful. The pool is also very nice and was never crowded. I would definitely stay there again and Cocoa beach will be forever in my heart since my boyfriend proposed.

Space Coast Vacay

The condo was nice, very clean and easy to find. The beach was beautiful! We watched a rocket launch from the beach in front of the condo. The pool at the unit was nice too. Only negative was the view from the condo. We had a partial view of the ocean, but it overlooked a run down hotel next door and parking lot where locals accessed the beach. If I could have seen the view before booking, I would have spent the money for an end unit facing the ocean.

Nice property - bad contruction

The unit was fine. It has been updated in some areas. The primary bedroom bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was very hard and the pillows were flat. I did not sleep well during our stay and experienced back pain from the hard bed. There is new construction next door that was very annoying. Obviously this is not the fault of the owner but even on the beach the noise was distracting. I will not be staying at Sandcastles in the near future.

Adequate unit

Overall the the best thing about this unit is ease of check in. The manager quickly provided documents for rental and check in instructions were concise and accurate. Low stress and no issues. The unit itself equates to a 2.5 star hotel. Older and rough around the edges, but clean. The photos really oversell this unit. The couches were stained with minor rips and tears. The bed was very hard and not comfortable. There really is no view from the unit. Tou have to stand in front corner of the balancy to get a limited view. The shower had excellent pressue, but the hot water is limited. The washer and dryer worked so we were able to do some laundry. Also, the unit was fairly quite during our stay. However they were not really busy demolishing the building next door. I think we got lucky. Overall would not rent this unit again and cant really recommend it for others.

Decent But...

I would have given this unit a higher ranking, but based on what we got vs. what we paid for it, it just didn't live up to the listing. For what we paid, we thought we were getting something much better. Pros:Right on the beachNice pool areaClose to restaurants, groceries, shopping. etc.Kitchen and bathrooms recently remodeledProperty manager (Zareh) was INCREDIBLE. Very responsive to our needs. He mad what could have been a bad situation much more tolerable.ConsWARNING: construction of a major hotel and conference center is happening right next to this unit. This unit's balcony overlooks a crappy old condo unit and the construction site. Construction noise begins at 7:30am and ends near sunset. Yes, you can crane your neck and see the ocean but it's not what your main view is. Had we known this, we would not have booked it. The owner now has posted about this on the listing.Unit is not exactly as shown in the pictures. When you look closely (e.g. bathroom corners, baseboards, etc. not shown in photos) you can tell this unit is old, tired, and worn. Baseboards were scuffed with dirt; bathroom cabinets were chipped and scuffed. Bottom-line: The condo would have been acceptable if the construction wasn't happening and if we hadn't paid so much for what we got. It's a decent unit for the right price. Just know that it's not as presented in the photos.

Loved it!

Hosts quickly responded to my questions! Pictures and description was accurate! Pool was warmer than previously places which advertise heated pool! Loved being able to walk right out onto beach. Would recommend to family and friends!
