Great place to spend Spring Break!
401 is a perfect location in Gulf Place. Top corner quiet unit! It’s very clean and updated nicely. Great view of the Gulf from the patio. We had two boys 5 & 7 who loved the bunk beds. Being able to walk next door for pizza was awesome. We will definitely come back!
Gulf Place 401
Good condition, great location, great view of gulf/sunsets. Kitchen needs peeler, a better knife and a usable cutting board. At least one more dishwasher soap for a ~week stay, and another paper towel and TP as well. Thanks!

This condo is perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway! We enjoyed the view and ocean breeze from our balcony as well as having all of the comforts of home since we were traveling with our 10 month old little boy. We loved that we had so many dining and shopping options within walking distance. There were also plenty of other dining and shopping options just a short drive away. We felt safe, relaxed, and welcomed here and can't wait to come back!

Beautiful Beach Condo
We loved our stay at Chandler by the Sea! Beautiful and roomy, located on the top floor. Very comfy beds and the hot water never runs out in the shower.
Large kitchen for cooking, sit out on the balcony, you may see a dolphin or two swimming by!
Great for kids!
My family had a wonderful time here. We loved this condo and the breathtaking view of the gulf. Gulf Place is such a wonderful community and is our new favorite place on 30A. The kids loved the pool and my husband and I loved the balcony. The nightly sunsets were beautiful and we loved watching the sun go down as a family. The home was well stocked and all the beds were comfortable.
The PERFECT getaway!
My husband and I have just finished one of the most relaxing weeks at this clean and comfy condo by the beach. We enjoyed sunsets from the balcony and all of the shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff we ran into on the property were always friendly and welcoming. The condo it's self is beautifully decorated in a beach theme and very inviting! We were very pleased with our overall experience and would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

NO Early Check-in or late check-out. A half-day rent charge will be assessed if the guest does not check-out promptly. From time to time access to your unit may be delayed further. DAMAGE PROTECTION INSURANCE – This Damage Protection Insurance plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out.
